A friend of mine got one of these for a gift and told me about it on the phone (we live several states away from each other). I remembered seeing some research on Whole Body Vibration (WBV) several years ago which looked intriguing, but frankly all of the units for sale at the time where priced way out of my comfort zone. My friend told me how effective this unit was and how good he felt. I have a lot of wear and tear on my body from a pretty active life, and typical resistance exercise (which I feel is very necessary for continued ability to move) has become more and more challenging since I have reached the magical Medicare age. I was a little skeptical, but the reviews were all very good, so I decided to pull the trigger on one and try it. Wow! What an amazing unit! Ten minutes on this unit literally replaces an hour of lifting weights! I have used it daily for approximately two weeks now, and the difference is incredible. I have a chronic bad back and wass normally an elbow-shaped creature when I got up in the morning. No more! My posture has improved and daily pain levels have dropped from a norm of 6 (on the doctor's office rating scale of 1-10) to about a 2! Resistance exercise has become much easier to do. The unit is very robust (I am 6'02" and weigh about 240 lbs). The price point is well within pretty much anyone's range. Way cheaper than a membership at a health club, and in my opinion (now that I have actually used it) is more effective. If you want something that can give your body much-needed exercise (without having to devote hours we don't all have available at it). The company has a fantastic website you can access with a lot of videos showing you the surprising number of things you can do with this. Their customer service is immediately responsive and helpful. This is definitely worth taking a look at for anyone interested in being proactive in the care and maintenance of their body. Personally, I treasure the ability to remain upright and keep a certain level of health. If you do to, take a look at this machine. You will not regret it!

Great machine! Love the multiple programs and especially the remote. Added feature is the blue tooth speakers. Remote did stop working after the second week but Life Pro replaced it. I have a shoulder issue and duty, angry cat pose and lean backwards to scratch my shoulder out with my arms on the plate. It may sound like a miracle, but it relieves the pain. There’s lots of videos on how to use vibration plates on YouTube. I like doing the eight brocades on it.

Did lots of research before ordering and I think I made a great purchase. Really love this vibration plate. Wonderful for recovery, I’ve been using it after my Pilates classes and it’s great.

I purchsed this for my mother. She refused to use It for 3 years... As soon as everyone else used it and she saw it at the gym she was ALL about it. She uses It multiple times a day. I did a lot of research and liked the warranty and quality of the product. I ended up using it until she took it back. I'm SO happy she's using it. She's in her late 70's and attends the gym multiple times a week and this has helped her tremendously. I highly recommend. I did have to but another power cord because one disappeared but this was no issue. It was started making a noise like it's hitting something on one side so we are trying to figure out where that's coming from but it's been used daily and held up great! I even like to just sit in a chair and have it on vibrate just for a foot massage! :)

Shipping: This packaged arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Item: Sturdy, and well worth the price. It’s very heavy so if you have any health issues that might hinder your ability to move it yourself I’d recommend a friend or family member helping in the initial set up and situating it. I bought this because of some severe chronic upper back pain, neck pain, hip pain, and overall body stiffness and circulation issues. I also was hopeful that it might help with osteoporosis and osteopenia as I age. I started very low on a 2 vibration the first time I used it. I have slowly increased my time and vibration level since then. Vibration levels go from 1-60, and there are three motors. July 11th 10 mins at a 2, only one motor. July 14th 15 mins at a 3. All three motors from here on out. July 17th 20 mins at a 5. July 20th 20 mins at a 5, and 10 mins at a 5 sitting down on it. July 23th same as previous. July 25th 20 mins at a 8. July 26th 20 mins at a 8. Then I was gone for a week. However even in just using it those few times I could already tell a slight different in the stiffness in my lower back and hips. Not using it over that week I could feel I was more tight. Which leads me to believe in its functionality. I’ve started it back up since being home and plan to do it every 2-3 days for 20-30 mins at a time. Slowly increasing my vibration level as I adjust. Starting back August 3rd I did 17 mins at a 10. 10 mins at a 10 sitting. Itching: Itching is a common side effect of using a vibration plate and it’s nothing to worry about. It’s typically caused by stimulated nerves, histamine releases, and an increase in blood flow to certain areas of your body. I will try to use this as I started above and report back at the end of the year.
