How many watts can i have on the subwoofer?

The sub out connector on this amp is only for powered subs, so you can have however many watts your powered subwoofer has.

For adding a turntable should i get the douk audio p1 and then connect the p1 to the m1 ? if so are they stackable ?

You need a pre-amp if the turn table does come with one built in. P1 is probably overkill (in terms of additional bluetooth, etc) if you already have an M1. If you have the M1, it might be better to go with a TUBE-T1. Or if you go for a P1, go for a less feature rich powered amp.

Could someone please tell me, should this have a 3 amp or 13 amp fuse. Mine came with 13 amp.

Hello Because of the nature of this unit (high output power), it needs a beefy power supply, one supplied is 32v/5a to give you the output it claims, so a 3amp fuse wouldn’t last the course, there is a formula to work out mains fuse values if you google around, Ideally 13a is a bit too high for this unit, I would and do use a 10amp fuse which makes me sleep soundly at night, and works fine.

Can a mike and phone be used via the usb input?

No idea. I use mine only as an amp.
