Giant Gummy Bear - Blue Raspberry - 5 lbs

If you have not handled one of these in your lifetime, YOU HAVE NOT LIVED. Let me tell you why.To begin, the bear arrived in perfect condition (and that's most likely because I waited until fall when it wasn't so hot outside). Everyone knows one person alone can't gobble this gob 'o gummy by themselves, so I invited a friend over to try it with me. As I pulled this bad boy out of the box, both of us were astounded by how freaking big this was! And it smelled AMAZING. Plus, it actually is quite huge and heavy! Not even half of the head made both of us full! I also felt kind of bad when I took the first bite, since this thing looked so cute. (I might get another sometime.) The bear wasn't exactly the classic blue raspberry flavor I expected, and I thought of it more as a big and chewy fruit snack rather than a candy; nevertheless I liked it a lot. If you know (or are) someone who likes to overflow their body with liberal amounts of sugar, I'd say you should give this one a go!

Based on the reviews that I had seen, I was a little skeptical about the giant gummy bear, but I went for the blue raspberry one based on the fact that it seemed to have the most positive review ratio. The box was slightly damaged upon arrival, the most noticeable damage was on the yellow bear on the front of the box, but the flavor and quality of the bear makes up for it. I had noticed that some reviews stated that the bear received was hardened and nasty, but the one I received was very soft and delicious, and not at all hard to bite into. It tastes very much like blue raspberry, but not overwhelmingly so. I was expecting it to taste like it was watered down, or just like slightly flavored gelatin and sugar, but it actually tastes like a true gummy bear. I am very happy with my purchase, and I definitely plan on ordering another for myself on Christmas or my birthday.

Did I need a five pound gummy bear? No. Will I order it again? Absolutely! It was a bear, it was a gummy, it was raspberry, and it was 5 pounds of deliciousness! Why are you still reading this! Go order it now!

Instead of a cake for his birthday our nephew wanted one if these. I was not there when it was eaten so I can't tell you personally. From what I heard though it was awesome. Probably going to get one for my kids next birthday just to see. I did get to see it though and hold it. Feels like what you'd think a 5 lb gummy bear woukd feel like. It was June and hot here so we kept it in the fridge for a few days just in case.

My 10 yr old son bought this for himself and was super excited when it arrived. We've had a 'grizzly' fun time carving it up like a Thanksgiving turkey the past couple weeks. I was concerned that it would dry out quickly, but so far it has kept its original chewiness and hasn't gone hard at all. We just kept it in the original bag in a cool, dry 'cub-inet' and we made sure to squeeze the air out of the bag every time.The only minor issue is that my son actually thought it was a bit too sweet. That has stopped him from going to town on it and giving himself an 'un-bear-able' stomach ache. Overall, a very good purchase and I highly recommend it for gummy enthusiasts to share.

This actually surprised me when it arrived, I got this as a gift for a youngster in the family and I couldn't believe how excited he was & I was. The flavor is just awesome! Better then the little gummer bears and I HIGHLY recommend for a gift because this was just way to cool to see this in person and try it as well! Get you one ASAP!

This is approx 4.3Lbs not 5

Mine came semi melted. No vaccum seal or anything to help keep its mold and did not come with a box like the picture. Lost its mold so now it looks like a deformed gummy bear. Had to put it in the fridge to to save what was left of it. Wouldn't recommend as a summer time purchase unless they decide to ship this in some type of cooler with more than one ice pack. Looks sort of unprofessionally packed to be honest. Since it just came on a zip block bag...
