Strong small tent for it's price
I bought this a week ahead of going to Palo Duro Canyon for a camping trip. Now this camp tent says it's made for. Two people. But I am 5'3" and it barely fit me lying down. Needless to say you can only fit a twin mattress in here, but with that being said; I'd be lying if I didn't say this tent kept me cool and comfortable in 31° weather. I slept like an absolute baby and it was even comfortable enough to take off my jacket while sleeping. It took only about 10 minutes to set up and 5 minutes to break down. I would recommend for anyone looking to sleep alone or younger. I would however steer clear if you were 6 ft tall or looking for something to fit more than one person. Side note I was not able to test the water resistance of the fabric.

Lightweight, easy to set up, smaller and flimsier than expected
This was incredibly easy to set up. Some odor but dissipated after 48 hours of being set up. The layers are good at keeping out insects and and rain. I accidentally left the window flaps down overnight when there was light rain and drizzle non stop and the inside stayed dry. The only moisture that entered was overnight condensation when I left an air pad inside and the flaps down. Somehow an enormous centipede also overnighted inside. The doors have two layers (mesh and rain flap) and the windows have 3- two mesh and a rain flap. The the rain fly on top has good coverage for the top vents, it'd have to be raining literally horizontally to get in on top.My biggest concerns are the size and the flimsy thin material for the base. It is scary thin, as thin as the walls, if you have a sliver of stone in your shoe tread, sit on a pen/pencil, or your dog enters the tent (the whole point of me getting this thing), you're guaranteed to damage the integrity. I got this for me and my Borzoi (he's still growing, 90 lbs, very tall/long, and I'm 5'11'' 160 lbs. As pictures show, my feet touch one end and my head only fits diagonally when I'm laying dead center. My plan was to take up one persons' space and the pup get 2 persons space. My 6 ft air pad only stuffs in slightly off center. There's no way I'm using this or letting my dog inside without figuring something to cover the floor (and of course a tarp under the tent itself). While I'm confident it has the ability to stay upright if properly staked in mild gusty weather and dry in heavy rain, all that is pointless if the floor is going to puncture/tear easily. So we'll see. I don't trust it but I'll test it and we'll see. I already keep my dog's nails dremelled rounded/smooth every 2 weeks but I doubt that will be enough.Update 7/2020 after camping:Set up was again easy, I found a flat grassy area and placed a tarp first. Stakes were useless with the bits of shale below the grass, got most of them in but they bend easy and had to adjust and go in at angles to get them down any. I have an old weighted blanket I don't use that I then put down inside the tent on the floor. It worked well to protect the tent bottom from my and my dogs' feet. Fit my dog's huge bed, a backpack, another bag, and my air pad and sleeping bag.Ventilation was good and it kept out the damp very well even though there was a 2.5 inch gap between tent floor edge/inner wall and outer side/rain fly since the floor and edges are so thin and slip/move a bit I guess.First night, middle of the night, I got up to go use the bathroom and the zipper for the outer door rain cover wouldn't budge. It was completely stuck. I couldn't move or pry it in either direction at all. I eventually had to force it a bit and the zipper just came right off. I started noticing how both doors more than the window covers catch on the fabric and there are some seams and threads coming apart and hanging. This is unacceptable for a tent that has been carefully unpacked, set up, repacked, and set up a second time with no abuse, wear, wind, or improper handling/packing. I had to safety pin the rain fly shut using the fabric next the zipper itself the subsequent nights because of rain and when I got home I immediately requested a return/refund.The size is fine, it's a bit of a squeeze if you're tall and not alone and you have to take real care with the floor. It's very water proof and build is sturdy but the material, sewing, and zippers seem very cheap and not-durable unfortunately. The return itself cost me $11.40 to buy a box to fit it in at the UPS store where the 'free return' was processed. Apparently you need a box for any free return that has at least one side 18 inches or over

Great! Just watch for glass
I want to start by saying I love this tent! I camp in style and this fits my queen size air mattress, with some room left on the sides for belongings because of the tent’s shape. The air mattress barely fits, the sides bulge out a bit, but I was searching for a tent that would work and this one does. BUT after buying this tent, I recommend immediately washing the poles with soap and water. There was definitely fiberglass on them and some painfully got stuck in my hands for a few days. Wear gloves when unpacking!

Cant believe it held
Wow. I bought this for a smaller less set up intensive version of my cabelas Alaskan for quick over night to two night campouts. I have a battery pack and cpap machine i have to take so i am very concerned about rain and live in kansas so we also get ridiculous winds.Well sure nough we had a scout campout this weekend and as it does on scout campouts it rained both nights. The girls used this tent and said night one that it was really dry and only the one that put her back on the wall instead of her back pack got wet. 3 (2 12 and 1 13 yo girls. 3 packs.) Then night two. They all slept in the middle. And it rained with 60 mph wind gusts. I was asleep in my alaskan until the thunder boomed real big one time. Then i heard the wind howling. So like a good dad and scout leader i poked my head out and checked and to my surprise the girls were still asleep and the tent, while moving about a bit in the massive wind gusts, was still standing and several other tents were flattened. So i went back to bed.In the morning i went and asked how they think this tent did and they all said It was fantastic. They and their gear stayed dry in all that wind and about 2” of rain that fell. While we had two boys in other tents that were what I Used to use prior to my Alaskan and they got soaked.Let me be clear. This is NOT in any way the same as my alaskan. But i feel confident that I can take this on my 1-2 nighters with the boys and or scouts and not have to worry about the kansas wind or the rain. It will move a bit in the heavy winds but i never saw it go down. It has enough rigidity from the design and poles that it will hold up as long as you use all the guy lines and stake it correctly! And again as long as you don't sleep back to the wall you will stay dry.For the money, this is prolly the best tent under $300 I have ever owned. Well done KAZOO!!
