these are very cheap feeling plastic, which isn't necessarily surprising, but the coating on mine staring peeling off immediately and after just 3 days of wearing a bracelet I made with them the underside was completely peeled off. Additionally the magnets fall out very easily. All 3 of the ones I've used so far have required me to superglue the magnets back in, which seems to have held them in just fine
