After seaching for flags and poles for about a month for my church. Ordering poles from somewhere else but very disappointed when I recieved wrong item. Tried to get in contact with that seller and still till this day have not yet recieved a response or a call back. I then decided keep searching for another place to order new flag poles. Perfect pole, perfect size, very fast shipping and delivery. Love the fact that the pole can be adjusted in height at needed. Can't wait to put them in my church with flags ordered and change the small poles we had to purchase temporary because the first order from another company was never recieved. Imagen 3x5' flags with 4-5' poles that we had to purchase to place flags at the altar for our first Sunday service. Not a very good look. I am very happy with my purchase, item recieved and fast service. Thanks

I bought this knowing it wasn’t going to be a particularly nice flagpole, and reading some of the other reviews on here made me think twice before I ultimately bought it. I’m planning to use it as an indoor flagpole for my office and I think it will suit that purpose quite well. The main reason I chose this one is that it is extendable and has clips on it, which is perfect of my use since most of my flag collection is grommeted, not sleeved. As many other commenters noted, the plastic on the topper is rather cheap and not particularly strong, and the way it was packaged would certainly make it liable to breaking if not handled well during shipping. The metal was also noticeably thinner than many other flag poles I’ve used, and is even a little thin compared to other extendable poles. As a result I would not recommend it for outdoor use in places with a lot of wind, or to use at parades or demonstrations, however I would recommend it for indoor use with a stand (Amazon recommended a perfect stand for this pole). I would also not necessarily recommend this for use with a particularly ornate or heavy flag, and stick with lighter polyester flakes, or maybe lightweight nylon. The fact that it is extendable is quite nice for my purposes. For an indoor display pole, it really needs to be taller than 6ft (6.5ft at a minimum) if you want to display a 3x5 flag. Since my office ceiling is not particularly tall, this will make it very easy for me to put it at the correct height so the flag isn’t too close to the ground, and still fit in my office. The only downside to that is that one of the sections does tend to squeak when I adjust it, but that’s not a major concern in the grand scheme of things. The topper can also be easily removed, allowing you to put a sleeved flag on it (provided the sleeve is big enough). So I would certainly recommend this if you are looking for a cheap pole for indoor display, but not for outdoor use.

I have ordered the pole with the floor stand and it is absolutely amazing as it is very light in weight (not real metal), if it doesn't fit as the stand might be wider know that there is a missing piece which hsould make it fit well, on the other hand yes it might fall if the flag is to heavy (heavy linen flags) if pushed to much, but on the other hand why would I want something heavy for an item I might move around often, in summary you are getting an amazing item for an amazing price.

The item came but, no base for the pole. The flagpole cannot stand because there is nothing to keep it in place.

Outdoor use No! 😕 Indoor Ok 😀 Thin metal, cheap plastic clip supports. If your not careful they will break on you. Telescoping height tri- adjustment. My full sized flags (3’x5’) hung nicely on the poles. The clips are adjustable to accommodate different sized flags. Make sure you get a nice solid base and your good to go. 👍

These flag poles are great! The extra two feet (eight foot) make all the difference. Easy to use. Sturdy. And attractive. I bought seven for events....

Figured every house should have at least one flag, so decided to set one up in my office. Bought the pole, but the base came separately (I bought the "Online Stores Floor Stand for Indoor Flagpole 1"-1-1/4" Poles"). If you buy a high quality flag, you WILL need to fill the base with sand to stop it from tipping over. The quality of the finish isn't very good, however the pricing reflects that. I have an 8ft ceiling in my office, and initially I had it set up that high, however eventually adjusted it down as it looked awkward. The clips were tricky to get onto the flag grommets, and I wouldn't want to swap flags out very often, as these will more than likely break, however for what I use it for (set it and forget it) it works great. I gave it five stars, because as far as value for money goes for Prime Members, this is the best I could find on Amazon. Would recommend to others.
