Unfortunately, the bottle doesn’t list what the ingredients are other than just citric acid.

what percentage is it? Im looking for 5% liquid citric acid to use with dyes.

I'm not sure. It says it works "to boost acidity of wine." I know it works great to clean toilets, especially when mixed with liquid dish detergent.

How many cups does the 3.5 oz bottle yield?

It really depends upon what your doing with it and the strength you use. I used it to help temporarily acidity soil and it didn't go very far for my use.

I am a new pressure canner practitioner. I’ve been watching tons of YouTube videos on the topic. I ran across a video that suggested Citric Acid baths for canning potatoes and how it helps retain the white of the potatoes after processing. I’m glad I used it because as the YouTube creator mentioned, it does keep them from darkening. The potatoes look way more appetizing than they do without using it.I would highly recommend using it if your potatoes look less than appetizing after processing.
