This brand & shower were recommended by my plumber for bathroom remodel. Absolutely love this shower head! Water pressure is amazing! Removable wand simply snaps back into place with strong magnet. Makes cleaning shower simple! Very stylish & modern looking! No leaking from either wand when one is in use!

Contractor installed and had no issues. Nice durable design. Easy to wipe clean with microfiber. Great value for price since it comes with valve. Water flow and pressure as expected. Easy to use.

I like the shower heads and they do what I needed. Had trouble getting the right product as the first box contained 2 Moen bathroom faucets instead of the shower set I ordered. I have a disability and the faucets were very heavy so I called and explained my problem and asked them to have someone pick up the wrong items and send me the right one. I have been happy with Amazon and have had few problems so it was shocking to be told I would have to pay a fee for something that was their fault and not mine. After going through multiple agents I was finally told to keep the faucets. That did not seem right as they were extremely expensive ones. The agent said to take it or pay the fee. Sigh Happily the faucets found a home with a young couple on a budget that were redoing their home. I told them to thank Amazon, not me. No way could I charge them for something like that.Back to the shower heads. Took a little figuring out how to set the water but was not too difficult. Love using the smaller one to rinse off the shower after each use. Along with the great shower mat I also bought from Amazon my shower is looking great.

Nice shower head. Works as it should and is beautiful. A lot of plastic parts so I think it’s overpriced for that reason alone but I had a hard time finding one that didn’t have plastic parts. I like the magnet for the handheld head. I’ve only used it for a couple of weeks so we’ll see how it holds up.

Shower head is a good investment. The water pressure comes out full and robust. The smaller head has a magnet back so it’s easy to place back on the mount. Not a whole lot of confusing knobs or buttons to control the various settings offered.

I just went through a week of brutal heat during tub to shower conversion in one bathroom house. Had air off because contractors were in and out Last day they go to install shower faucet and I realized I bought wrong color but........hubby said he liked it and i like it now too. Works well. Powerful magnet. color is brushed nickel...i was supposed to get chrome. My mistake adding and deleting from cart trying to make up mind! Its day 2 and I hope we have continued happiness with this.

The handle and valve in this set are quite well made. The shower head: no so much.I installed this kit, with the final step being setting up the Shower Head. The shower leaks very badly, so I checked and rechecked my connections, but still leaking. There is a nylon ring that snugs up to a round ball mount to allow for adjustment of the shower head, however it appeared to be broken, as it was a C shape, which is the exact spot of the leak.I then purchased the shower head only (same model) from a local big box store, and found the part also was a C shape. I installed it anyway, and leaks just as bad as the first shower head.Next, I went to MOEN's website, and there are a LOT of people experiencing the same leakage. They do not give any instruction on how to resolve, and the Contact Us page requires email verification which sent me to a dead web url....argh!!!So, be cautious. This is especially frustrating because for me, returning the set would mean removing the valve, cutting off pipes that have been soldered into place, etc. I have no choice but to buy another shower head, and eat the cost.
