**Q: How do I use BōnDry in a deep bladder?**
A: For deeper bladders, push BōnDry to the bottom for a few seconds to absorb moisture, then pull it up slightly so the tip is exposed and moisture can evaporate.

**Q: My BōnDry isn't Working Whats Wrong**
A: Make sure you store your bladder with BōnDry inside your backpack, with the tip of BōnDry sticking out of the bladder. This creates the temperature difference needed for moisture to move up and evaporate from the tip.

**Q: How often do I need to clean it?**
A: BōnDry can go many uses without cleaning. If you notice mineral residue or smells from calcium, sulfur, or chlorine, clean it in warm water with baking soda, rinse, and lay flat to dry. It is also machine washable.
