First, let me say that I only eat this cereal dry, as a snack. I chose this cereal for its excellent nutritional value - high in protein and fiber, with no sugar! After having eaten the traditional cinnamon crunch cereal, which has a ton of added sugars, this cereal tasted rather bland. But as I got used to it, I appreciated its subtle delicious flavor. It is now my go to for a snack. The only drawback to this cereal is that it is super expensive. I wish they would lower the price. But nutritionally and taste wise you can't go wrong with this cereal. Just wean yourself off of the strong sugar taste and appreciate the subtle goodness of this cereal.

I usually pick this up at a local grocery store but decided to buy it here this time. This is my favorite flavor by far. It's reminiscent of golden graham cereal only crunchier. I don't eat it as cereal, it's way too expensive and the bag is too small for that in my opinion, but as a topping (and added crunch AND protein) for my Greek yogurt. Again, a little in this instance goes a long way. Delicious.

I tried this product a few months back and haven’t been able to stop eating it. I love it. It is a little pricey. The first bite I wasn’t sure if I would like it. But it grew on me quickly. The serving size is unrealistically small. But I truly enjoy this cereal and have it on auto order. I wish it was half the price but it is good.

This cereal is very good. I thought it might have an aftertaste, but it really doesn’t. The portion size is just enough to satisfy my crunchy cereal cravings. I like the protein aspect of it too!

I add these to the top of plain Greek yogurt with a little cinnamon for an easy protein packed breakfast. I very much enjoy that there is no sugar in the meal and the combination holds me through the morning. I will definitely branch off and try the other flavors of Catalina crunch.

This is my favorite product for a snack as I am prediabetic. When 4 bags are put in a tight box I find too often the box gets crunched to some degree in delivery which mashes up the the individual pieces to many crumbs. A heavier slightly larger box is needed to prevent this. The product is still good just messier to eat. It is always fresh.

I bought this because I saw it on TikTok. I’m very disappointed. It tastes flavorless I would say close to cardboard. Did I buy the wrong flavor? The only thing that makes it good is the crunch. I will keep adding it to my yogurt bowls because it’s low cal compared to other options. But this by itself or as a cereal I don’t think so… I just had really high expectations. And I love alot of other keto protien foods this just didn’t meet the mark

I like this cereal just fine. I’ve only tried the cinnamon flavor based on reviews. A lot of people don’t like the taste of these cereals, but they hate the cinnamon the least. It doesn’t taste like some sugary cereal. It just - is.It is very expensive. I knocked off a star in my rating for that. I hope the manufacturer will eventually be able to bring the price point down. The protein to calorie ratio is very satisfactory.
