Absolutely love this tabletop tripod. It’s compact, super sturdy, slips into a backpack easy-peasy and does exactly what I need it to.

I love this! It is tiny, it folds into one narrow cylinder, and it can be flexibly used with the camera in the horizontal or vertical positions. It is quite light but very solid, the rubber feet mean it won’t damage the desk or floor or wherever you use it, and it holds my full-size mirrorless camera firmly.

This tripod is far better.This little thing feels solid as a rock, and the rubber feet on it actually work to keep it in place, I know that sounds like a strange statement, but I am so used to having to work out silly little contraptions to get a camera steady and low to the ground that this SmallRig minitripod really made me very happy.There really is not much more to say about it, wonderful premium feel. And the most important place for a device to feel good is when you are moving it. The tension screws feel great, when it feels tight in the hand its tight on the device. Again a strange statement, but its very pleasant to not have to really bear down on a screw to make sure that its not going to slip on you.I am using this tripod for holding up a camera during macro work with a Manfrotto 454 slider on top, it does a great job of holding everything nice and stable and staying right where I want it to.Thumbs up, I totally recommend this little tripod if you want to have a low to the ground tripod for some reason, nice, tight and stable.I attached a test photo doing a photo stack using this tripod, works like a charm. The photo is a 5:1 Macro shot of a bug about 1mm in length. It looked pretty cute and fuzzy before I took these shots.Its standing on a flower and those little bumps are the cells of the flower petal, pretty steady tripod eh?

It is good. It hold the camera well and steady. But it is bigger than I thought. However, it is necessary to be that big to hold a camera.

I use this with my NeeWer phone holder for recording a class and it works out great. It has a standard 1/4" attachment screw plate (just like my camera tripod). Since I must shift my phone from side to side several times during class, I no longer need to figure out how to prop up my phone while trying to restabilize it each time. The swivel mechanism is smooth and the entire unit appears well made. There are two height adjustments with the lower one being the most stable. I am very satisfied with this purchase and wish I had purchased this sooner. Other models may have more bells and whistles or are cheaper, but, so far, I'm quite pleased.

Ordered this since I had read that it was sturdy and the fact that it can take a load of 5 kg. Still, it exceeded my expectations when I got it. It's really nicely made. Of course you can't ask too much from a small tripod when it comes to stability but this feels very stable when I mount my camera. Just be sure to align your lens with one of the legs. I have a Z8, don't have any really big lenses but I tried with a 70-180 and it was no problem at all. Works great for smooth panning.

This thing is a beast. Nikon D7100, with flash attachment and a large lens, was no problem.
