The difference in actually breathing through your nose and being a mouth breather is astronomical in differences. I’m able to think clearer, not worry about stinky breath (because mouth breathing increases that, i do brush my teeth lmao), not be embarrassed of my annoying and loud nose breathing, and much much much better sleep. This serves as a way to seriously stop the struggle of deviated nostrils (or just messed up nostrils in general). Being able to get QUALITY SLEEP is a total game changer in how my day goes. These are not hard to use and they come pretty cheap for how long these boxes will last (one box lasts me months and months (using every night). They ALSO are incredibly durable in terms of stickiness, but not to the point of damaging your pores. I just love these. As a 21 year old guy, these make it easy to breath and not be so frustrated with such a simple task. On top of all of this, not only do you benefit from this, but your lovely girlfriend who wants to strangle you every time you fall asleep due to the fact that you cant breath at night, can now sleep peacefully as well. The only “advice” i have to the use of this amazing technology is, WIPE YOUR NOSE BEFORE EACH USE… humans are gross and we sweat a lot. And because of that, the strips have a harder time sticking if there are oils underneath. Other than that, order yourself some of these and understand it will change the way you operate and sleep on a daily basis. Last thing, these are NOT only used for sleeping, it can be used for sports, naps, yoga, workouts, work life, etc, these nose strips WILL help with these activities as well just the same. Please do yourself a favor and get these.

Pros: It did open up passages. Breathing was a lot lot easier. the passages were opened up for more than just that night. everything felt more free for at least one entire day after that. It was super easy to put on and super easy to remove. It did not feel like the nose was being waxed. Of course, some blackheads came off with it, but I doubt my dad was trying to have the "blackhead look" so I would say, huge plus. Cons: It did not help much in reducing my dad's snoring. That could very well do with the fact that his snoring may have little to nothing to do with the nasal passages. All in all, though it didn't help with snoring, it did help my dad have more open nasal passages, have better breathing and feel well rested and also helped unintentionally with removing his blackheads. So YAY! for these nasal strips. P.S. The hold is strong - it work like a nose splint for my mom which she mildly bumped her nose and sort of dislocated a bit.

These work great. Help prevent snoring and dry mouth in the morning. Will definitely buy again.

I usually buy Members Mark through Sam's but they were out of stock so I tried these. Nice adhesion but not so much that it pulls your skin off when removing and helps me breath while sleeping. They seem to be identical to the ones from Sam's with the exception of being a little cheaper and 6 more strips in the box.

Very comfortable to wear, even through the night. Very easy to remove in the morning, no difficulty or pain. My husband did remove his the same night of applicarion, and he said it hurt to remove it right away because the adhesive was so strong. Definitely helped my breathing and slept fine. However after removing them both my husband and I had dark bruises across the bridge of our noses the next morning. Even with makeup, it looks like I got punched in the nose. I'm confused since it was very comfortable and effective, but may not be able to wear again for the bruising.

These work just as good as the popular, expensive brand. They stick well and open both nostrils. I can breathe better so I can sleep better. You just have to make sure your nose isn’t oily and clear of any products (moisture) and you simply remove adhesive tabs, place each side in the middle of your nostrils, then keep pressing on them for 10 seconds and I guarantee the nose strip will hold up to 12 hours. Why pay more when these work just as well?

Not sure what this uses for adhesive. I've used other brands with no problem and tried this for affordability but this caused my skin to be super itchy and turn red and had to take it off. I've never been allergic to anything in my life but this was the first time with this product. Doesnt allow you to return either.
