Best Boiled 10 Mins+, Not Mushy or Sticky, Good Plant Option
Our daughter is vegan and wants to limit processed carbs so we try to cook plant-based pasta dishes she can eat, and ideally us as well. We have tried several in the past which she mostly hated because often times they wouldn't hold their shape, would be gummy, taste funny, were mushy, or super hard at the other end of the spectrum. And I can cook all kinds of dishes, so I'm aware of lengths of time to boil and how to check if done. These required a little tweaking if you don't want too hard of a noodle with a little crunch - they remind me of the consistency of bamboo shoots found in many Asian dishes. I was a little worried if I boiled too long, they would become too soft, but I soon discovered it would be hard to cause that to happen even if you tried. You can boil these a long time and they remain firm. So I boiled them about 7 minutes, and I think they could have gone a little longer like 10 minutes easily. I would have liked them a little softer, but as part of a vegetarian, vegan, or any meal these can work really well. They only make about 2 small servings, but I was happy to see that they are responsibly harvested so both a healthy and sustainable option. In the photo I attached, I boiled them with some mushrooms just to kill two birds with one stone, took the photo without the other ingredients so you could see the noodles well, and then I added a homemade pasta sauce with tomatoes, herbs, and garlic (added cheese for my serving) and the dish turned out delicious. This is definitely a good viable plant-based substitute for typical high-carb glutenous pasta.

For the skinniest of queens
This pasta is helping me to achieve my dream of being a skinny legend. I love that in sauce the flavor is pretty undetectable, unlike other brands where it can have a bit of an unpleasant taste.

Tastes good but has a unique texture
I’ve purchased this a couple of times because it’s one of the better low-carb pasta options I’ve found. It’s definitely not the same as traditional pasta, but once prepared properly and paired with a good sauce, it makes a satisfying meal. What I like most is that it’s keto-friendly, gluten free, and really easy to prepare—just drain, rinse, and heat. It works well in stir-fries, pasta salads, and with creamy sauces. The texture is a little on the firmer side, so if you’re expecting soft pasta you might need to cook it a little longer. It’s filling, low calorie, and a great alternative if you’re watching carbs. For me, it’s become a pantry staple, but I’d recommend managing expectations—it’s a substitute, not a replica of regular noodles.

Perfect aldente!!
This product is perfect! I’m an aldente almost raw pasta fan. This product is perfect! It’s truly like linguini and remains pretty firm after cooking for a while. Sauté up some garlic, fresh tomatoes and EVOO. Let everything cook to your liking. While cooking rinse the palm and toss it in. Absolutely delicious!

Not bad
I ordered the 3pk but only received 1. Amazon refunded my money right away though thankfully. I already love hearts of palm so I did enjoy the solo package I received. The texture is a little stringy but overall I thought they were a good substitute for pasta.

Tastes great and no guilt
Really like this palm based alternative to wheat pasta. I can enjoy a couple of homemade meatballs and a ladle of my killer instapot spaghetti sauce without feeling guilty. You can literally eat almost as much of this as you want with only 10% of the calories of wheat pasta. I sometimes eat it right from the pouch with sauce or salads. Just drain, rinse, drain and a quick healthy meal. Seems to stick with you and feel satisfied longer than with regular wheat past as well.has tiny hint of vegetable taste to it (like a mung bean sprout), but hardly anything much after you rinse. Sort of like zucchini but firmer.Trying to shed some winter weight so really appreciate. Really like this. Yum.....

Palmini linguini noodles
These noodles are wonderful. I put them in a homemade meat sauce and throw in the Palmini noodles. They taste wonderful! I let them steep and simmer for about 15 minutes and they are so good. No strange taste or odor! Finally a good keto noodle!!!

Awesome plant based pasta alternative that also works as a vegetable dish
Who hates carbs? ME. Who loves pasta? Also me. Who thinks every other pasta alternative she's ever tried has deserved to be fed to awful humans as a punishment for wrongs? ::raises hand::Then, I came across this. It's pretty much perfect. It has a delicate flavor that can be matched with virtually any sauce (don't tell Nona you aren't eating her homemade noodles). It holds it's shape, has a comparable texture to real pasta, and is ready in far less time. SHUT UP. It also works really well as a vegetable, and pairs beautifully with other veggies - giving us endless possibilities for pasta dishes without the carb overload, side dishes, and quick low(er) calorie vegetarian/vegan options for lunch and dinner.Despite my overwhelming enthusiasm for this product, I do have some issues with it. First and foremost, the cans say there's three servings in them. NOPE. My husband is an eater, and the cans hold nowhere near what anyone would deem three servings. It's realistically only one. *Maybe* two if you're making a snack, but calling a can three servings is ridiculous. Second, the cost. It's way more expensive than pasta. At between $4-5 a can, it's 4-5 times more expensive than a box of pasta that legitimately feeds 4-6 people. If you're looking for a pasta alternative that's comparable in price to pasta, this isn't it. If it were priced more competitively, I'd stockpile this because I'd eat a lot of it, but alas, I'll only be purchasing it three small cans at a time on occasion. If price isn't a factor and you aren't feeding Jethro, I highly recommend this for quick nutritious meals and as a pasta substitute. It opens up all kinds of pasta-ish meals for people avoiding gluten or who have Celiac disease. It exceeded my expectations and has been a pleasant surprise. Mangia!!!
