Haven't used the set yet, but It is as described. It's the tool I needed and it won't take your paycheck to get it. Looking over the quality, I don't think I will have any issues.

I did have to lightly file down the camshaft holding plate. Works great for timing belt replacement and cylinder head repair on GM 1.8L engines

This is the correct timing belt/chain install kit for a 2012 Chevy sonic. It comes with the gear wedges (installed between intake and exhaust cam), the bar which fits into the slots on the opposite side of the camshafts (I did not take the valve cover off, so I did not need this specific tool in the kit), the crankshaft/flywheel locking tool and the timing belt tensioner locking tool. This is an extremely important kit to have when doing a timing belt/chain install. Locking the Crankshaft and Camshaft to TDC, which verifies correct timing of engine prior to removing the old timing belt/chain and installing new belt/chain is absolutely critical when working with an interference engine. Use YOUTUBE for videos on install process, this kit is another must have tool for my collection.
