Why did you pick this product vs others?:This looks amazing in my bathroom renovation! I love the vintage look it gives and it’s great quality especially for the price! Came with all the pieces and directions! I love it!

I want to start by saying that you will not find better customer service than that offered by the seller. The shower has assembled from the box only accommodates for a very short adult or child. I looked around the question and answer section on the product to find answers about getting an extension. I observed that the seller offered a free extension if you contact them and prove that you purchased their Fossett. I did just that. I Purchased the extender, and the company refunded the money back to my MasterCard after the purchase was received. Another issue I had with this was getting it to fit in my antique clawfoot tub. Make sure to purchase swing arms with some good length on them if you’re clawfoot tub is older. The shower itself is very elegant in its aesthetic. The construction is very sturdy. The handheld sprayer is very convenient. The showerhead flows brilliantly. With regard to the swing arms that I referenced, I bet the seller would have provided those at no cost, but I had not explored the reviews or the Q&A before ordering them. So all in all I did spend about $50 on supplemental swing arms. But at such a great price point, I still feel that this kit is offered at a good price. And again, the customer service offered by the seller is unbeatable. And the quality of the product itself seems very strong. If you do not have plumbing experience, you will need to get a plumber to install this for you. This is a more advanced DIY project, But the end result is well worth the work.

The apparatus has several places to shift water flow--never noticed that in the marketing and one really needs to be aware of which valve is on. I am using it with a small soaking tub on a wooden floor so I am really aware of water.The tub filler faucet is significantly slower than my previous one so takes longer to draw a bath but flow is nice in the hand held and rain heads. For me its worth it but Im a bit worried when the gaskets begin to fail as there are several.All that said Id buy it again because it works in my situation and its really pretty and though I am not tall, the rain head can adjust to someone taller easily or back down , handy as my son is almost 6 foot.

The media could not be loaded. We are so happy with this shower fixture. It is a work of art! The chrome is beautiful. The controls are all silky smooth. The rain shower from the main head and the wand is delightful. Installation was very straightforward. This fixture really complimented our extensive shower remodel. If this is the style you're looking for we highly recommend this unit. Customer support from Gotonovo has been stellar! Highly Recommend. 5-star!

I really wanted to go with the expensive high end option that has an almost identical style to this one. I opted in for this more affordable option for a bathroom renovation and don’t regret it at all! My favorite feature is the hand held shower. We use it all the time for the kids during bath time and especially to make washing our dogs easier!

This shower is stunning and seemed like a good quality. I was disappointed in myself for not paying attention to the details and sadly needed to return it. I have a fiberglass surround and the on/ off handles were smaller than my opening and was smaller than what I need in distance. My fault

the shower unit is excellent, until this year, where it sprays out (leaks) at the showerhead swivel area. I'm asking what can I do to sove this issue.
