I took it for three days the first time around and noticed that I was experiencing cramping and bleeding so I stopped. Second time around, same thing at first I thought maybe it was my period.Soooo I stopped using them and started doing my research. The main ingredient in these are Kacip Fatimah. Its a herb that has many positive effects on the body BUT it also caused uterine contractions in the lab rats that the study was made on.Ok boom! I have an IUD (placed in the uterus for those who don’t know) so when taking this it caused my uterus to contract thus moving my iud causing breakthrough bleeding. If you have an iud please be weary of this.Oh yeah and my CHOO CHA WAS tighter !!!
