Might be the perfect running companion for me! ***UPDATE***
I have tried a number of different bags over the years to run with. I started with Camelbak bladder systems when I started training for marathons 20 years ago. I loved having a backpack that would allow for Gu, money, my phone, a snack, etc. However, I just hate cleaning the tubing. I never felt like I was really getting things clean. I then switched to a hydration belt with plastic bottles. Better in many ways but I have a Note 10 Plus so, if I wanted to carry my phone, I needed to take off the case to get it in the main pocket. Plus, it was a squeeze so I would have to jam it in past the zipper and worry about scratching up my device.I finally decided to get back to the backpack design but didn't want to spend in excess of $100 for a name brand just in case I didn't like it as much as I recall. Enter the Triwonder Hydration Pack. One of my concerns was the phone pocket in the front of the vest. Would it fit the Note with a case?? I was hoping to avoid putting it in the main pocket of my bag limiting my access to it without taking off the bag. The answer is YES, with room to spare! Overall, the bag is super light, has a number of great storage options and, most importantly, fits me really well. For reference, I am 5'10" / 180 lbs. I went with the plastic non-squeeze bottle option.I am very pleased with this purchase. I will update with how things wear but it appears to be well built and I do not anticipate any issues. Great work to the Triworld team on this bag!***UPDATE***I have been punishing this bag now for about a month. Absolutely everything I needed and it is holding up very well. Great value.

Bottles work well and fit in the aonijie vest without bounce.
Bottles fit aonijie vest snuggly without bounce. Slightly squeezable, doesn't spray water forcefully into your mouth, but a little squirt is possible when bottle is full. Otherwise need to tip your head back to drink.

Great pack for the price, ideal for marathon and 50K training runs
I’m an avid runner with my longest runs lasting 3 – 4 hours. 50K trail runs are my drug of choice. I have three different running packs already, but none of them are sufficient for the long runs. When I started searching for a new pack, I had specific requirements in mind.A spot for a 2L water bladder was a must; a lot of packs these days emphasize the front-load water bottles, but I prefer the back bladders. I also wanted big pockets to stash food (sandwiches, energy bars, etc.), preferably in the front so I wouldn’t have to take the pack off to reach them.Besides needing to pack enough water and food for these long runs, there’s quite a bit of gear I need to carry, especially in the winter: jacket, gloves, hat, phone, running light, etc. And I wanted a zippered pocket for my cell phone and keys. (It gets annoying when the phone bounces loose from bungee pockets. I’ve also had keys bounce out of bungee pockets, which could be bad if I’m out in the middle of the woods and don’t see the where they drop.)I scoured the Ultimate Direction, Nathan, CamelBak, and Osprey running packs. None of them were quite right. They were either too minimalist--built for shorter runs--or mega-packs geared for UTMB. I couldn’t seem to find a pack geared for the short-distance ultra. Many of the packs did not have a set-up for a water bladder, either. (Maybe those are out of fashion these days?)Anyway, I stumbled upon this Triwonder pack while surfing Amazon. Amazingly, it had everything I was looking for in a pack. The price was nearly as stunning as the features. A running pack for less than $40? I didn’t know such an animal existed. I decided to give it a try.I’ve worn the pack for a few long training runs and could not be happier. All my gear, food, and water fit without the pack being too big or bulky. I’m on the petite side, but the pack has lots of adjustments. I did have the cinch everything to the smallest size before the pack would fit snugly, but there are nice loops that hold the straps in place so they don’t swing all over the place. (A fact my cat finds disappointing—there’s nothing he loves more than taking a running leap at my swinging running straps.)This is a fantastic pack for a great price. I recommend it for anyone who trains marathons or 50K trail runs. I’m definitely going to be checking out more Triwonder gear.

and yes I'd buy it again and recommend it to a friend with the You get what ...my rating to a 5 Star and would highly recommend
This is an update to my previous, review below. I have now put in some serious mileage with this pack to include a marathon and a 1/2 marathon, I forgot I had it on at the finish of the marathon. I've loaded it down with fluids and GU for my long training runs and it has been great. My concerns about the hookeydooders has proven unfounded, the design improvements I note below still stand but I've up my rating to a 5 Star and would highly recommend this pack for any serious running!Just received this took it out for it's first run a 13 mile trail run. First let me state you get what you pay for. This was under $50 with the bladder. So let me begin with my LIkes, and yes I'd buy it again and recommend it to a friend with the You get what you pay warning!LIKES1) Light weight,2) Sits well on my back and shoulders, beats the old Fanny Pack I've been running with.3) Great adjustment options.DISLIKES,1 The clasps and hookydooders are cheap and I suspect won't last long!2) The zipper pull tab came off with the first use,3) The Bite valve sucks and is unusable (I've replaced it with an old Camel Bak bite valve),DESIGN up grades I'd like to see,1) A little more cargo space in the main compartment.2) A waist belt!3) A better or additional Cinch strap for the bladder.
