It comes with too ice packs that can also be heated in the microwave easy to use. Fits great and stays in the spot you need it to be in. Works around my knee perfectly. Really good value it's flexible when I walk . It made really good. Covers the area well Also seems like it going to be very durable.

Very well designed -- for instance, they put a "margin" on the gel pack so that you can pick it up easily after it's heated. The velcro strap is long and allows you to position the gel pack just about anywhere you need it - leg, arm, shoulder - wherever.The gel pack does retain the heat for quite a while - at least 20 or 30 minutes. As for how long to heat the gel pack in the microwave - you will need to experiment a bit. Microwaves are different and people's tolerance for heat is different. They recommend 30 seconds and I would start with that and see how it works for you.Great product!

I picked up this set of Medvice reusable hot and cold packs to help with soreness and minor injuries after workouts and sports, and they’ve been a great addition to my recovery routine. They’re flexible enough to wrap around knees, shoulders, or wherever you need them, and the adjustable straps make it easy to keep them in place.They heat up or chill down quickly and stay at temperature long enough to get good relief. I’m giving them 4 stars because while they do the job well, the straps could be just a little more supportive for holding everything snug when you’re moving around. Still, for the price and versatility, these are a very solid buy for anyone who works out or plays sports. The size and weight are appropriate for using these too!

Great to have 2 gel packs to interchange. Great size for my very swollen knee. Freezes in a short time and stays cold so that I can use a pack on the top of my knee for 20 minutes and the flexibility is enough to move the same pack to the bottom of my knee for 20 minutes without having to rewrap. It is in a high quality sleeve so that any wetness when getting warm does not allow wet leakage out onto my knee. In summary, it worked very well to numb my knee and gave pain relief while helping reduce the swelling.

These multifunctional ice/ heat packs have been so useful. They heat and freeze well. They have gotten me through a breech pregnancy, sore joints and even uterine pain. The strap makes it so easy to keep the pouch in place.

Admittedly I don’t use this kind of thing much, so not a lot to compare it to vs an improvised bag of Ice, but using it on my shoulder, it seems to1. Fits securely without any trouble, and2. Is not too thick - Feels pretty cold even through the cloth, unlike some other solutions that sometimes are too thick or insulate too much.I will update if there are any problems in the future, but for now, this seems like it does what you’d expect and well!

These ice packs are great. Following knee surgery I've used them on my knee and ankle. The wraparound strap makes it so easy to keep them in place where they need to be. I like them so much I bought a second set. They are a little smaller than I would like, but that means it's hard to ice for longer than it needs to be, and they're easily swapped out for a new fresh cold pack when it's needed.

Exactly what I needed l. Works super well. Stays cold for.a.long while and sleeve securely attaches with velcro. A great product.
