I could NOT no matter how I tried, get though the state manual. And yes you need to because your state has different laws then other states and different driving conditions. I think they should put out a state supplement. This was not a dream easy no sweat no problem, but it was doable.

This book was brand new. Not a page was folded or creased or even used. Of course I paid full price for it so I would not expect it to be any different.
