Updated 20 year old switches
Other than these being an odd greenish white...they updated my 20 year old anchor switches....worked as expected and best orice to shipping date on Amazon

Rust.
The switches themselves are fine. The included screws are rusting badly after only a couple months. Cheaping out on a product intended for a marine environment is disappointing.

Seems Sturdy and well made, Direct replacement from the originals. They would be nicer if they had an up and down sticker on the inside of the Caps

Trash
Very bad quality It rusted in 6 months and had to throw away in the trash can.

Easy to install, works great
I wanted to be able to control the windlass from the bow area. These foot switches are a lot less expensive than a remote control. I installed a washdown pump at the same time, and fed them both from the same 15 Amp breaker. Just finished the installation. So I have no idea of the foot switches life span.

A good aftermarket option
Had the pressure switches that rotted out so I took a chance on these. Well made and should last a long time. Hopefully they last in the sun like as advertised.

switch is hit and miss on activation
I have had these now for 1 year and I would guess at less than 30 times of use. The up switch is unrealiable and may require multiple attemps to get it working or may not stop once released. I would have expected a longer life. Not sure what the warranty is.
