Cheapest made Dyson yet
This is an absolute emberrassment , and a expensive mistake. The ball is a constantly picking up dirt from tile and Hardwoods and transfers it to carpets. Not a big deal really until moisture is involved and you have light colored carpets. The back wheels are incredibly small and very prone to breaking. It is cheaply made all the way around and not even close to being worth the high price tag. That is an honest review.

The vacuum was obviously returned after use. It wasn't cleaned, so therefore I expect it wasn't checked if it even worked. No directions came with the item. Very disappointed with Amazon.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Very disappointed. This product initially worked great. At about the 3 month mark, it stopped wanting to stand upright when stored. I ignored this problem because the vacuum still worked otherwise. At the 5 month mark, it lost suction power and became very difficult to push. We investigated, but had no success fixing the problems. I contacted the company and they are absolutely no help at all. There was no effort to help troubleshoot at all. They just showed me off to Dyson. So disappointed. I spent too much money on this product for it to stop working in less than 6 months. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
