Excellent all-in-one. I like the vanilla, it’s sweet but not sickeningly sweet. A little chalky/grainy like all vegan powders. Really happy with the health profile and energy boost this gives me.

This had been the best shake I have got in the last 20 years with protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that support my routine. I use it about three times a week with just water when I'm in a rush or in a smoothie as a meal replacement. It's an aquired taste but I really like it and if you're not liking the taste mix it with fruit and/or yogurt or juice. I highly recommend rinsing your dishes right away after use as it smells horrible when left for too long. I went to a health and nutrition store about 5 years ago and she provided this product. I found out its about $20 cheaper to purchase on Amazon afterward. I gave it to my sister who drinks alcohol and came over hungover she swears after about 40 mins she was feeling 90% but just tired. Not sure who that'd help reading my review lol.

Since I started using this protein, I’ve noticed a big difference in how I feel after workouts. My body feels nourished — it’s like I’m actually getting the vitamins I need. It has a 74/100 rating on Yuka, which is reassuring, and it’s vegan-friendly. Best part? No stomach issues at all. I usually avoid flavoured proteins or collagens, but the vanilla in this one is so good. I mix it with a bit of warm water first to dissolve it completely (no clumps!), then pour it into a 1L bottle and shake. Super easy and totally worth it. I couldn’t be happier with this one — give it a try, and get healthy!

Used to buy this product all the time and had no issues, it became my favourite one. Tried it again and it doesn't seem the same, its more gritty and doesn't dissolve like it used. I use a high power blender so usually all protein powders I have dissolve completely. I also don't feel quite right after having it, some other reviews mentioned feeling sick and I feel the same, something is not right. The date indicates the product is not even close to expired. I think they changed the formula and some people are sensitive to it.
