I was looking for canisters to hold coffee once it has been ground. I open one (which holds the caffeinated coffee) daily and the seal has held up. They take up little counter space and look fine.

I love this container. I bought 3 for around my apartment. They look modern and are very functional. I use them for dog treats and have them in each room!The reason why I say they are not for perfectionists is because the cap does not sit on straight. It always is slightly more to one side, possibly because of the silicone ring that keeps the treats air tight. Personally though, I prefer them to be air tight and don't really mind the uneven alignment.

Love these containers for my protein powders and supplements. Keeps them fresh and looks nice on my counter top.

I returned this only because it just wasn’t big enough. I can’t knock off any stars for that. It is a really nice, heavy container. Lid sealed nicely.

Pretty, nice compact size. I bought it so i could store my matcha powder. The only downside is that when I open it picks up the powder because it creates a small vacuum seal. I recommend for sold food no powders.

Bought it to store instant coffee and it works great!

This item is beautifully well made, and looks great for the price. However there seems to be some flaw in the design that keeps the lid from staying closed. No matter how slowly I push it down or how long I hold it there, it slowly begins lifting as soon as I let go. It seems there should be some mechanism to push out the excess air when the gasket is pushed down, but not here. I bought this as a more attractive storage container for peanut butter I keep on the counter, but the lifted lid does detract from that. I even tried snipping the gasket a bit, but it didn't help.
