Good Isolate without bloating
I don't write product review but have found this product so helpful that doing it for the first time. I had been using Whey for years but then in last year it had started to give me sever bloating. I always wanted to go back but I was afraid of the bloating that didn't do it. And without whey meeting the protein requirements seem difficult. I ordered this Whey Isolate, thinking that the low lactose content might be better. And it was! The good thing is you can find the Isolate of this brand for almost the same price of ON whey. People are not so happy with the taste but I am having it in strawberry and it tastes really good. I

Highly recommend
I use protein powders a lot and from different brands and this is my favourite. I use mine to mix into greek yoghurt. It mixes easily and tastes good. The nutritional breakdown compared to some others shows is good and overall it is a quality product.

3/5 - will buy again for the price.
The taste isnโt the best and honestly Iโve struggled to mix it at times (but I use a blender cup) but itโs protein and itโs a fair price. Be careful with the seal as I noticed some escaped somehow. Consistency has been fine for me.

Is this the whey to go?
Choosing a suitable and effective protein supplement ain't as straight forward as it used to be. I've been in and out of gyms for many years, and have experience of using many different products that have appeared, then disappeared from UK health store shelves - most claiming to be the 'best' for building muscle. In recent times, whey protein has established itself as a proven and very effective product in aiding muscle growth, and it's a supplement I can vouch for. However, to add to the confusion, we now have 'standard' whey protein (aka 'concentrate') and whey protein isolate. For those who don't know, whey concentrate and whey isolate both derive their proteins from raw milk. Basically, these proteins go through a filtration process, with isolate being subject to a more intense process. This allows isolate to be lower in calories, carbohydrates and fats than concentrate while maintaining its high protein content. It also has a lower lactose content too, so is the preferred protein for those who wish to avoid dairy products, and/or wish to follow a calorie controlled diet. Whey concentrate typically contains 80% protein content, whilst isolate edges towards 90%. In my view, whey protein isolate (although more expensive) is generally the better option.I like this PBN Whey Protein Isolate. One serving per day provides me with 27g of protein, which is an effective way to 'supplement' the protein I additionally derive from eating lean meat, chicken, eggs, nuts etc. Taste is a personal thing, but I've been enjoying the strawberry flavour. In my opinion 'this is the whey to go' - but do yourself a favour and buy PBN's larger 2.27Kg tub, that way you'll save yourself a few quid.
