70kg to 65kg in few days!
Started keto on 13th June this year. Got this atta after 10 days of keto. Really helpful. One roti fills my stomach. I am already 65.5 it's not even a month. Started at 69.8 kgs. I suggest start with believe and don't question much.

Super Tasty and soft Rotis. Very easily digestible and great protein cotent.Attached image has all ingredients. I was trying Oats. I started eating sunflower, pumpkin, flaz and sesame seeds separately. My money was wasted
The packet delivered to me was almost about to expire. The packet externally looked very crumbled, badly stored, had manufacture date of march 2020. The shelf life was only till august and I got delivery of same on jul 7th. Now, the taste of the same was rotten as if all the ingredient specifically the peanuts have got spoilt. I had just started on keto diet and was looking forward to keto atta but was too disappointed!!

Made up of peanuts, coconut, flax seeds, almond, sunflower etc that helps in providing nutrients and losing weight.Also, the rotis and paranthas mae from this atta are soft.

Delicious Food
This Keto flour is pretty good for making a variety of dishes in very less time. Been using this for over a year. Very good one.The atta makes extremely delicious and soft chappatis that is nutritious and filling. Extremely pleased with the product.

NOT AT ALL KETO FRIENDLY
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCTS....I repeat if you are trying hard to loose weight and stick to a keto diet.. avoid this product as it will kick u out of ketosis...it contain Besan asa binding agend that we all know has loads of carbs, so I suggest u to stay away from this gimmick and practice a clean keto.

Received package and it states weight on packaging as 500 grams and not 750 grams as advertised! Just be honest, I don’t get why you would have to lie!
