Not high fidelity, but they sound pretty all right.
Their primary job is to block noise and add a little audio to your life. They do that job very well. More importantly, they do that job while staying in your ears. I've tried many different ones that offer noise protection and audio but they would not stay in my ear no matter what I did. These did not start slipping out after moving around and they would even withstand the occasional slight tug on the wires. These are all very good things.High fidelity? No. That said, I was very pleasantly surprised. As you might guess the bottom and mids are strong because of the seal and any other frequency boost was covered by the EQ on my mobile device. Lets be honest, the environment you're going to be using them in, by it's very nature, would prevent any critical listening anyway. The sound was clear, without distortion, and made my day a lot less boring. If you add a Bluetooth transceiver, like I did, you can keep your phone in front of you (or in your pocket protected from dust, dirt, and mud) and still have the benefits of noise isolation with sound.

Good quality and durable.
This is my second set of these. I used my first set for a couple of years whenever I did yard work or on the tractor. I caught the cord on something and ripping the insulation off in a spot or two. They still work, but I know it is only a matter of time before they go out. For noise blocking ear buds they still have a good quality sound and block quite a bit of the machine noise.

Best solution for full face motorcycle helmet!
This is the best solution I've found to the problem of wind noise while riding a motorcycle. During my last physical, I was told that I am loosing some of my hearing. I suspect that the wind noise on a motorcycle is part of the reason. Regular foam ear plugs work great, but I like to listen to music and podcasts through my Sena 20S intercom. I've tried other ear buds that were highly rated by "motorcycle" websites, but none of them work as well as these inexpensive ear plugs...that also play music. My number one priority is NOISE CANCELATION. I wear a Shoei Quest helmet, because this is supposed to be a quiet helmet and bought an aftermarket windshield for my Honda VFR....all to decrease the roar of the 70-80 mph (or higher speed) wind noise whipping by my head every time I ride. The sound quality through these earbuds is surprisingly good. As long as I can hear my audio, I don't care because the noise cancelling is my number one priority. In this category, these buds are the best. I've tried homemade custom molded ear plugs, the Comply noise cancelling earbud tips, and various other solutions. This noise problem bothers me so much, I've considered spending big money on custom in-ear monitor type buds. For $17.99 nothing I've tried even comes close to these earbuds. The cord and jack are very sturdy and hold up well to the harsh environment of motorcycle riding. I am pleasantly surprised on their durability. If these buds failed tomorrow, I would order another pair without hesitation. As far as the downside, for my ears, they are slightly uncomfortable. My right ear has always given me problems. I think it is a different size than my left ear. They protrude a little bit from my ear canal and there is an slight "ouch" moment when I take my helmet off with these earbuds. From my experience, I consider my ears canals "large." While wearing these buds under my helmet, there is slight pressure on my ears, but this is a small price to pay to protect my hearing. Also, I'm sure the sound quality could be better (if you spend WAY more money), but in my experience this is the best solution I've found. I can tell they are working, because I can still hear my music on a low volume setting while riding. I am extremely pleased with these earbuds. I'm sure they will work for any high noise environment . If you want to protect your hearing, while also listening to some tunes...BUY THESE. You will not be disappointed.

The truth and nuttin butt it
Humble review. Being discreet in a overbearing environment by management/supervisors in a factory setting where PPE is enforced. These give you plausible deniability. I assume if you're doing what you're supposed to be doing the company will look the other way. Sound protection is probably the equivalent to basic ear buds. As far as sound/quality to media. I'm not mad at it. I'm at work, doing something that is frowned upon, meanwhile making my night smoother. So the product is sufficient.

The real deal. A great product for a first time user.
I work with tractors (loud) and these work great at reducing noise, it gets even better, the sound through the speakers sounds great.I were these for 6-8 hours daily and no complaints yet.Easy to clean and store in own case.Wish I would have known about these earlier.

Low cost stethoscope
The audio quality is surprisingly pretty good, to my ear almost as good at my full size headphones that cost almost 4x as much, but most of the time you'll be hearing DEAFENING thumbing sounds coming in from the cord so much as lightly tapping your shirt. I'm sure you've heard something similar from ordinary earbuds before, but trust me it's much worse with these. The cord is sheathed in a hard plasticky material that basically turns these into a stethoscope. This pretty much ruins them for me personally, so I wouldn't really recommend them.In terms of comfort, they're a little uncomfortable, but not too bad. This is however coming from someone that had to wear earplugs for 12 hours a day for a few years, if you haven't worn them as much you might find them worse.

Very comfortable soft ear pads which stay in place when I'm at the gym.
I love these earphones. I'd rate them even higher if I could. Very comfortable, and they seal out much of the background noise. Interestingly enough, the elliptical machine I use has a weak speaker system (so I thought), and when using my old wired set, I had to boost the volume to the max. to hear. But when I first used these, the sound level was so high that it hurt my ears. I had to reduce the volume to mid-level, which is perfect. This is my second pair. Left the first pair in the gym of a cruise ship and ordered another set on my return home.
