Great, compact harness. Not bulky but has strength and durability. Also because there is minimum material it doesn’t get wet or dirty and if it does it dries quickly. Doesn’t impede movement and is very light weight.

This is really good. We've tried all types of harnesses for our Frenchie . If you don't take care when taking it off it can get a little tangled . A definite test for your patience but nothing to stop us recommending it. No rubbing against his skin and very sturdy for something so simple.

Much better idea for a lead with a dog that pulls. It hasnt stopped our boisterous husky pulling but it is easier to control him with this lead. It appears quite flimsy but clearly quite strong as he hasn’t snapped it yet! It would have been better if the lead handle had some kind of padding on as it is quite cutting with a pulling dog.

walking my cocker spaniel is dreadful as he pulls a lot considering his medium size, he is pretty powerful and full of energy. this is very effective as i can control his pulling by one hand only that is i recommend this harness for people who have serious pullers

I've bought multiple freedom harnesses from two hounds i love them! They give me much more control of my dogs. This harness works great for my dog dexter and keeps him from pulling as badly as he used too, while not hurting him like some no pull harnesses do! Love the leash that comes with it as it has two hooks to hook to the front and back of the harness. I like the 5/8" quite a bit i also have one for my other dog! I previously had a 1" size medium for dexter who is approx 70lbs which i liked better but the 5/8 works just as well! I have a 5/8 on my other dog who is about 65 lbs and very lean! Would highly recommend, but don't leave on your pups or around them as the material is easy for them to chew through.

Pro: & prevents pulling; & double leash works great; Cons: & very difficult to adjust. Had to take off, adjust, put on, for multiple times; & not sturdy at belly. The belly strap has velvet cover which I appreciate. But the webbings underneath is thinner- guess you can’t add velvet to normal webbings, it would be too thick to go thru the hooks. The velvet is a bit frilly before we use it. & the colour is WAY OFF! The neon orange is a very dark construction cone colour but the velvet part is a pumpkin colour. The 2 do not match at all, but on the website you can’t tell. The turquoise is actually a very bright blue, between pool blue and royal blue. Not like the picture at all. & too heavy! The 1 inch set is so heavy almost ridiculous. Bottom line, it’s still a good harness but can be made better.

My dog and I are loving this harness! I wanted a harness with both the front and back ring options but was looking for a style harness that my spunky medium sized (45 lb) husky mix can't easily back out of. This harness checked all the boxes and I'm very happy with the quality of the product. From the first time we tried it, my dog's walking has improved to almost completely reduce any pulling. It's not a miracle product - we've been working on mastering loose leash walking for the past year and a half so my dog understands that she's not supposed to pull. However, the front ring leash attachment allows me to gently correct her when she forgets how she's supposed to walk. She still pulls when she's highly distracted or excited but once she settles down she walks amazingly with this harness, and she looks so proud of herself when she corrects herself. Super happy with this purchase! It is complementing our training and loose leash work perfectly.

So, we've had several harnesses over the years, with a couple different dogs. This one was used with a Goldendoodle Pup. The fit wasn't great. The girth strap needed to be too tight for the chest area to fit properly. When we used it to deter pulling while leash training, the whole thing twisted and the front loop ended up being on his side. (he is a very strong puller!) We used it with the double leash that was included, and that sort of helped to get the harness back into the correct position. I'm not fond of the leash, as it is plain nylon, with no hand guard, so it occasionally burns when the dog pulls. The harness did help with pulling, it just wasn't an all around great harness for my dog. It might work better for a dog with a different body type, who isn't too crazy a puller. We used it for nearly 7 months and although there is some fraying, it's still intact. Thats quite impressive considering how much my Pup pulls!
