The best inexpensive bushcraft knife, Period!
Morakniv makes some of the best and least expensive bushcraft and craftsman knives around. The handle absorbs shocks and cushions the hand enough to use for long hours. It comes wickedly sharp and has good steel for re-sharpening without losing it's blade shape. Don't be afraid of Morakniv! And don't let the inexpensive price fool you. These are top quality craftsman knives, perfect for tradesman or sportsman, alike. I use one for work and another for fishing. The small edge is a breeze to sharpen and hone, and the blade makes processing fish and small game a snap! Buy this knife!

great knife
Not crazy about the color but I got it for the size of the blade and sharpness and the handle is the right size many times when you get a knife with a shorter blade the handle is too small

The best!
I knew that this would be a good knife, due to the fact that it was a Mora Kniv. These Knivar (knives) are some of the sharpest and best I know of. But being a Swede, I've known about these knives since I was a small girl. I bought the wood carving knife, because I like to carve. It goes through pine just like butter. Be cautioned though, if you're not careful, you will get sliced. I recommend this brand above all others.

I bought this for my wife . . .
I bought this for my wife, she didn't have a belt knife & this has purple, her favorite color. It is very sharp, not too big or heavy so just right for her (I think). I wanted something for her 'go bag' & I think this is it. It's my 2nd Morakniv & I'm happy w both of them. I recently started 'sword sharpening' mine & I really like the result. It'll take some time to refinish the grind but it is very sharp & 'sword sharpening' on 1200 grit diamond gives it a great edge & finish.I recommend Moraknivs.

Scary sharp
I own many good knives including several other morakniv knives. When this knife arrived i was surprised at how sharp it is. I think it is the sharpest knife ive ever held in my hand.I only wish morakniv would change product philosophy to make all their knives full tang and have a hole in the grip to add a lanyard.

Actually, a great woodcarving knife if you can get used to its length
I've been using this for small woodcarving projects for the past few weeks, and I have to say that it is almost better than my dedicated Flexcut tools. The blade shape is a bit long for my purposes, but it's wickedly sharp (as all Moras are), thin enough to carve concave curves, and the pointed end works very well for demarcating cuts. The large handle is, I found, better suited to me than even the dedicated Mora woodcarving knives (with the smaller birch handles), and the blade is better, as well. You can't beat the sheath: it may be cheap, but I love just being able to clip this to my pants pocket instead of having to wind it through a belt.I recently had to leave this knife in another state since I had to fly back home, and I am very, very seriously thinking about getting another to replace it because it's so cheap.

Mora Quality
Blade is legal in my state and the grip feels a lot better than a folder, so pretty good for every day carry. Usual consistent Mora build quality.
