Perfect for throway use
Good price and work to get your hands fairly clean. Will buy again. Great to use and throw away. I don't think they would be good to wash and use again but I haven't tried.

good shop rags
absorbent, works well for the busy shop. These are thick enough to sop up an oily mess but soft enough to wipe my hands.

Wash SEPARATELY
The red cloths have been super useful around the kitchen. They seem durable and they're tough enough to use for cleaning.Four stars because they bleed like crazy in the wash. We washed all of them immediately in hot water when we bought them, but they still bleed into other fabrics if you accidentally leave one in the washing machine with other clothes or rags. Which we've done twice, somehow.I would still repurchase them for this price and quantity; just pay close attention when you're washing them.

They are shop rags....
Not really a lot to allow on this. They are average shop towels that you can wash if you want to make your wife angry or cheap enough to toss. They are absorbent and the fabric seems to be of pretty good quality. Again, not just a lot to say about a bag of rags...

Yuck
Not absorbent at all! Can't use this to clean up anything that isn't thick- for water or other spills, find something else. Your kitchen would prefer something else.Also, these have so much dye leaching out every time I wash them- still, even more than a year after getting them- that I have actually successfully dyed white cotton clothes by washing them together. It turns things a warm pink color, almost salmon? And while it's sorta fun to do stuff like that, I had originally bought these for around-the-house cleaning and bathing. I'd rather not wipe dye all over my house and body.The amount of lint on these bad boys is through the roof. Unbelievable how much. The dryer's lint catch actually can't keep up.I wish I had bought something else!
