Use the tool that comes with this to poke the holes and follow the directions applying them each 12” and then open them with water on and it works great!

This is an decent product. They work. Just have to adjust the flow ever once in a while.

Understand that these are two-part misters. The barbed base for attachment to 1/4" tubing (or tappped into larger tubing) and the mister itself, which must be firmly shoved and twisted into the base. As yet, I've had no issue with these separating as mentioned by other reviewers. Output is easily adjustable from a strong stream to a cooling mist.

This is Pro-Level Mister emitter for large scale home drip irrigation users. Very adjustable, they stay clean better than most, spitting out the little particles that clog most emitters. Also good because they are orange and easier to spot once the foliage gets growing. They're not for beginners or folks who can't connect 'a' to 'b'. They take some thought and effort to assemble and install so don't order if you're don't like to - or are not capable of using your mind just a bit.

I bought these to connect directly to my 1/2” tubing. It worked; i.e. I connected it and water came through the nozzle, but the spray was just too fine of a mist for me. Too much water lost in the air. Also, I believed the spray to cover 3’ diameter and it seemed to be less that that. FYI, I did experiment with the nozzle control and it just didn’t make a big difference.

These heads do NOT fit in the 1/4" tube easily. In fact I used a nail file to sand down the size to try it. The spray is really bad unless you have ridiculously high pressure, otherwise the water just dribbles out. Ultimately I ended up returning these. Not worth the 'deal' price.

Contrary to other reviews, these DO come with the barb fittings in the bag. The barbs seem a little larger than normal making them difficult to insert in 1/4 inch tubing, but other than that these are fantastic.

I love these nozzles because of the wide range of adjustment I can make. So far, I have had good luck with them.

Excelente producto, sirve muy bien , lo mejor es que si puedes regular el agua y con ello garantizar la cantidad que quieres que reciban las plantas, fascinado qué tal pedí más para cambiar los grises que tenia y no regulaban la salida del agua
