CAP Barbell FM-905Q Color Series Exercise Stand Power Rack

These are perfect for my power rack. They are a little short on length but I don't have a lot of room in my small home gym, so are ideal.

Im not gonna lie, I was not expecting much when I bought these as they are so insanely cheap. And while the rubber strips aren’t glued on very well, it is a minor issue that can easily be solved and does not impact its function. I am so pleasantly surprised and given the price, they are great value!

They are a bit wobbly in my rack, though it is of a different brand. Nevertheless, they hold up and can support the weight safely. Very good for the price.

If you have the squat rack from Argos then this seems great. the fit is a bit loose as the pin is a bit thinner but the clamps holds the arm vertically.

This item didn't feel stable enough for me to want to use, as you can see both arms wobble and right one doesn't even sit straight and is slightly bent, the welds also don't look as strong as my existing J hooks. Amazon were great in helping sort and maybe these are ok for people using less heavy weights or willing to adapt them.

I’d like to like these but they won’t fit my 2x2 rack as they’re not actually 2inches wide due to the above welding blind monk. They do look visually good but safety isn’t possible when they don’t fit the rack they’re ment too.

Like the cap barbell rack these spotter arms were a lot better than I was expecting. They seem well made and sturdy
