Tylenol Pm always works well! Sometimes, I’ll only take 1 pill because I don’t have time for 8 hours of sleep. Just half the dose works for me to get enough sleep and be able to wake up very early.

Tylenol PM has been a lifesaver on nights when I have pain and can’t sleep. It helps relieve my body aches and helps me fall asleep within 30 minutes. Tylenol PM? Meh.
I am not a huge Tylenol fan, falling more into the Excedrin migraine camp. I have never found any Tylenol to be particularly helpful for headaches. But this PM edition did provide some nighttime relief from Carpal Tunnel pain, and it tends be a safer bet when you are already taking prescription medication. It will also help lower a fever, making it easier to sleep. Not a total washout, but definitely not a total success.
