The item arrived undamaged and the actual package that the turmeric is contained in looks amazing. I'm used to the plain silver bags of other brands and this product has the same visual pop of the kind of items you see at a health foods store. The contents inside the bag definitely match the outside in quality. The first thing I noticed when opening the bag is the very strong aroma. You know immediately the turmeric is fresh and real. I have had suspicions about other turmeric products but there was no second guessing with this. Next, the color of the turmeric is absolutely stunning and the texture is very nice as well. I use turmeric in a lot of dishes but I use it daily in eggs as an anti inflammatory for my husband who has joint pain and sarcoidosis of the lungs. I will say that a little goes a long way and if you use too much you will know! The taste is strong as it should be and delicious. I would definitely buy this product again. Overall, an absolutely amazing product and a great price!

I started using turmeric in the green shakes I make. I had read about the links of curcumin (witch is in turmeric) to prevent Alzheimer and cancers. I had been buying my turmeric at the store but I could not find any organic. I found this on Amazon and it came prime shipping fast. The owner sent me a email thanking for the purchase and said I could email back any questions. I emailed her a question and got a answer right back - great customer service. The product has been excellent and I really like the very high curcumin content - it also has a better taste compared to what I had been buying at store. My daughter now is also making green shakes with this turmeric.I will share my recipe if you want to try it - I mix it in a nutri-bullet - and now all organic ingredients- 3 or 4 leaves of kale- a handful of parley tops- a handful of cilantro- little bit of spinich- 4 to 6 leaves of basil or dill for a different taste- 1 lemon (insides and seeds are fine)- 2 tablespoon olive oil- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon turmeric- lots of fresh ground black pepper- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cyan pepper- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon- sprinkle of garlic- fill half way with waterBlend for only about 15 seconds max - pour in glass and drink soon - I add 1/4 cup ground flax seed to mine once in glass

This turmeric powder is by far the most superior in quality of all the varieties I have used so far. The aroma and the color are excellent. I can tell that the quality is excellent because for ages, I made my own turmeric powder by buying dried turmeric root. Being Indian, I was wary of inferior products that claimed to be good. I have also bought fresh turmeric root for brewing tea and so am aware of what color to expect. The bright orangish-yellow (you know what I mean!) color this provides is beautiful and the aroma of the tea as well as the taste is very refreshing. If you are on the lookout for a great quality turmeric powder, then look no further at all! I'm happy I did my research, read most reviews on this product and decided to try. I know the price can be a little of a concern but bear in mind that a little goes a long way. Also, if you are a someone like me, careful about what I put in my body, then you'd think about the price no further. I hope this company does not compromise on their standards ever! Thanks!

This turmeric is the best. The smell is strong and the color is really vibrant. I use it in smoothies and turmeric lattes and it tastes really good and fresh. Packaging on this item could’ve been better. I had to place the bag in a larger zip lock bag because the seal on this product is basically useless.

So how does one give five stars to a product that, to be honest, can't be "tested" in a home lab and isn't of the type that once you swallow it you can suddenly leap tall buildings in a single bound? Based on comparative history in this case. I've used many Tumeric powders and color and consistency, of course, "varies." Same degree here after 2 bags, but not enough to notice. What I really like about this one, beyond the Organic factor, is the consistency (the powder texture and feel). Many, many tumerics are so orange that one is convinced that they must be dyed; also, they are very often such a fine, dry consistency that they float through the air in a way that is problematic with such a staining bright orange product. This product has an almost moist touch and a natural coloring (still tumeric color, just not a bizarre Pantone color orange); it doesn't "float," making it much easier to handle and to use in day-to-day dishes or smoothies. Packaging is heavy duty, reseals without issue, and is airtight. I will order again.

This turmeric is indeed rich and potent. Definitely high quality and double the potency of the turmeric I get from my professional supplier. Being a practitioner and teacher of Ayurveda for almost 25 years I have experience with turmeric and put it in almost soupy or saucy thing I make. Why "Diet" turmeric ? . . . They guy who sealed the bag that day must have been mad at the world, or maybe just drunk. I couldn't get the bag open ! And I'm a big guy. I even used pliers and could not open the seal above the resealable tracks. I was afraid of doing one of those "potato chip bag explosion" deals. I resorted to cutting the seal just above the reseal tracks and prying the package open. Ahhh ! Nice, healthy aroma !

Having read articles about the anti-Inflammatory properties of Turmeric powder, I decided to give it a try. Organic Wise powder comes in handy resealable packs (which do easily reseal!), with a long best before date (mine bought 4/17 and a BB date of 20/12/19). Pack states that it's non-irradiated, gluten, salt, MSG and preservative free. A separate label informs that the powder has a minimum of 8.19% curcimin.The powder is very fine and is not at all unpleasant or bitter to the taste even when mixed with a couple of teaspoons of cod liver oil and black pepper as I do.Highly recommended.

I opened the packet and the first thing I noticed was the smell, it smelt so fresh and strong. I've purchased quite a lot of Turmeric before and never smelled anything quite like it. I try to buy organic everything which can be quite expensive, but the price is fair for such a great product. I use the Turmeric in gel capsules as an anti inflammatory, it helps the arthritis in my neck and also had the added benefit of eliminating pain I had in my liver area. Overall I'm seriously impressed with the product and will purchase again.

This is my first time using this, I am using it for Turmeric paste taste is good and smooth texture being organic is even better. Too early to notice any health benefits yet. Delivery very quick. Well packaged.

Very pleased with this Turmeric,which is far better in taste than others I have tried from local health stores.It is early days to tell whether it's claimed high curcumin levels(again much higher than others I have found) will have the required health benefits (arthritus to name just one) but it's no problem adding some to just about anything as the flavour is very smooth,with no bitter after taste.I will follow up with a further review when a bit more time has passed.Would definately recommend.
