Better than describe.
Useful, durable and easy to use.

Better than expected.
Tears thru rust and paint better than anything else I’ve bought for my drill. When you want less tool marks than the other style of stripping attatchments the purple mesh or wire wheels. 99% of the time these are my favorite way to strip paijt and rust.

simple and work well, assorted grits
I'm using them to sand chip marks on glass. I sand them to make them smooth with 40 grit, and move to higher grit values for finishing. Silicon carbide is harder than glass so it works, and I'm very satisfied with the results. Right now I don't have a vice or stationary drill press, so it is a little awkward to hold the glass in one hand and the drill in the other. But the bits do the job. These inexpensive grinder bits are made of many pieces of sandpaper attached in a fan shape around a shaft. An ingenious design, and inexpensive to build. Each bit will last about 20 minutes of intense use as the sandpaper wears down to the shaft. A real stone grinder bit would work better and last longer, but you'd pay a lot more. Highly recommended as a low-cost grinder solution.

Not functional
I had seen these before and I assume there must be some use for it, however, my experience is that this product is not functional. I used it to sand down a bike frame. the 'blades' are relatively short and stiff. You need to apply a good amount of pressure. Otherwise only the outer edges will touch your work surface. Even with pressure, the contact with your work surface is relatively limited and you are effectively only using 10-20% of the sanding surface. The additional pressure makes the material wear out quickly. The 'blades' tend to become frayed on the edges and too smooth to be effective. Possibly I am doing it wrong but I believe in order to be functional the individual 'blades' would need to be a tad more flexible and maybe a tad longer.

Best sanding wheel purchase ever!!
I mean if you just wanna sand/grind the inside of something, they work pretty good for that. I guess

You get plenty!
These are really very useful for furniture work, edge smoothing, anything that you can picture them doing, they do well. Can't believe I'm saying this but, YES, YOU DO NEED A DRILL with a standard chuck (not collet), and the faster it can go (rpm wise), the more effective your sanding will be. So let's talk about value: You're getting a lot AND you're getting a good variety, different grits mean lots of options! After I bought this package for a very specific job, but my Dad immediately said he'd buy some off me, because he would need them for a project he's undertaking. They are versatile and valuable and so convenient. Plenty of uses!
