Why can't the safety cap be opened if you want to add water again into the handheld steam cleaner for home?

1.Unplug First. 2. Invert the steam cleaner, then keep pressing down to fully release the steam. 3. Open the lid and add water into the steamer for cleaning.

Why did the accessories parts fall off during cleaning after being stuck in?

1. Please let the alignment of accessories focus to the product bayonet. 2. Push in the accessories part you need to clean. 3. Twist it to the left side.（Contrarotate） 4. After, you can enjoy your steam cleaner with accessories fully twisted in.

Why need to wait the water completely finish heating up before use. And why can not heat up always during using?

It can spray steam, but it will be mixed with water when using if not completely finish heating. After a short time use, steam cleaner may not heat because the internal temperature is reach to 138 ℃, at this time the temp control will be protected.

After attach the accessories and add water into the tank and heat up to use, steam cleaner is air leak, why this happen?
