Alarm
I am very pleased with this purchased. Allow me to know if my mom with dementia move from the seat. You can hear very well the alarm when she gets up from the chair and allows you to do other chores

Works, but can't use it
The line (like a phone cord) between the sensor and the alarm is too short. Only about 4-5ft. We have a king bed. I have to put the mat on one side and then have the alarm next to me in the headboard so I can turn it off. It won't reach. So wanted to use a longer phone cord, so bought a 12ft telephone line, but it is not the same size. The alarm one is smaller than a regular phone line cord. Also there is no way to turn it on or off temporarily.

Peace of mind
Gives me peace of mind when I know my husband is not getting up out of bed.

Stopped working in less than 2 weeks of use.
We have being using (as expected) for less than 2 weeks. One day it failed to detect elder's movement. Battery is ok but no longer any function/light/anything (just dead box) We are contacting customer service. I will update my review after this contact.

Getting refund for payment of items returned and paid after retur on statement.
I went on line today and last two items I returned were still listed as being owed, no return amount found for those two items so I just paid the statement balance???

Helpful Alarm!!
The alarm is great as it doesn’t go off with every sleeping move but definitely alarms if my mom is trying to get up without letting us know in advance. Great safety help!
