Worth every penny
This is the one most recommended to use with Forscan. Spend the extra $ on this one and be done. Very simple to use. Easy plug and play after you download the software and drivers. Save yourself hundreds of dollars at the dealership by making the changes yourself. Lots of great how-to videos on YouTube and the Ford vehicles forums.

I bought this adapter for my 2021 F150 to use with a laptop and the free FORScan software/app. This adapter is the best available on the market and only requires a quick install to the laptop/pc for drivers. The driver installation is quick and easy, just follow the simple instructions. The adapter communicates fast with pc and all programming worked without any issues. This is a great tool to have for custom programming of modules, resetting modules, dtc codes, and diagnostics when used with FORScan. I am glad I bought this tool and seems like it will last a lifetime because of its high quality build.

Faster than Bluetooth!
Been using this for AlphaOBD on my laptop. Works great! I keep it in my truck and use it somewhat often. No issues and it feels pretty quality. Way faster then any bluetooth equivalent. If you really use certain automotive programs regularly then I'd 100% recommend this over the bluetooth ones plus it's a better value and way more versatile!

No issues at all . Buy this if you have Forscan Period. Works right away.
OK if you want trouble free install this is it. Well worth the money for hassle free install. Works period. Quality is verry good. No cheap plastic. Saved me $250 on just the first use. Unit does not come with Forscan you have to download from the web (for free).

Works on ford focus tcm with forscan
Worked for programming a ford focus tcm 2015. Would buy again. Works with forscan. You will have to pay $20 to use the tcm reprogram with relearning the clutch. You also have to make an account with forscan to get the code. It was pretty simple

Can be deadly!
Works great on tablet or laptop using Forscan but dangerous using phone. On tablet it connects right up and Forscan works flawlessly. But if going through Android everything seems fine but majority of time, after 5 or 10 minutes it will shut engine down completely and only was engine will restart is to cycle key. Can be very dangerous if driving to monitor items! Luckily the time it happened to me I was on a street with no traffic. If using phone make sure it cycles through the "kill" or you could be killed yourself.

Works as expected for forscan
Item came quickly and works as expected for the Forscan app and I am sure others. Windows did not need a driver and everything worked without issue. Seems to be a very nice quality connector and I would think would last me for the rest of my driving life.

Works reliably. This thing paid for itself with a single use (I needed a second master key for my truck).
