Excellent product designed with much forethought. The extra long hose and the separate clip to hold the shower head is perfect for me, as I am somewhat physically handicapped. I have to sit in a shower seat and this makes it easy for me to reach the shower head by mounting it at or near seat height. The many spray patterns give it versatility for almost anyone'slikes. I also like that I can almost completely shut off the water flow at the shower head at the hose end. This saves water while soaping up. Fairly priced and appears to be constructed of good quality materials. I purchased 2 of these and am very satisfied.

First I bought the brushed nickel version and immediately returned it as it looked like the chrome version that someone had swiped some sandpaper over. It did not look like the picture at all. So we decided to give the chrome version a shot. With our old shower head, the valve to switch to the separate head was very stiff, so much so my wife could not turn it. This one is super easy to switch between heads or use both at the same time. I also really like the different streams a lot. Normally I find one I like and pretty much leave it. With this one I actually use a number of them. The price is very reasonable and it works. Hopefully it will last, but it's still too soon to know.

i hate to rate this so low, but the connector piece to the arm leaks at the free floating nut to the shower arm in the wall.When i tightened the nut, the washer ended up inside the shower arm tube, thus not sealing the nut.I tried different washers, different tightness of the nut, more teflon, but no matter what i did, the washer ended up in the shower arm tube. The shower arm didn’t have much of a flange on it, thus the washer just distorted and went inside, thus no seal. I ended up using the original shower head connector to screw on the new shower head and hand sprayhead. Those had a nice finish, worked fairly well, and looked nice.But i have to rate this low, because of the connector leaking.

I do like the dual showerhead. It was easy enough to install. They make sure that there's enough rubber washers and plumber's tape so that there really shouldn't be any leaks anywhere. The only thing I don't really like is that it isn't metal. I thought it was when I ordered it. I only say this because the last showerhead I bought was plastic (from a different company, of course) and it just burst apart while I was using it! Not fun! Oh well! I guess we'll see how well this one holds up, right? I really do love the extra bracket. I put it on the opposite side of the shower. That's going to come in handy on those cold winter mornings! Water coming at you from the front and back? Can't get much better than that. Anyway, so far, so good. The water pressure is great. A little less with both on, but that's to be expected. It's not that much lower that it's impossible to shower and rinse your hair. Just a bit lower. I do recommend this dual showerhead. If anything changes, you can bet you'll be hearing from me again.

Love the design, light weight, and adjustable. The head leaks water even when you shut it off which is a bit frustrating. I purchased 2 and have to exchange one because it won't tighten. When you try to change setting the whole set up moves and spins. All of the settings are great, and ease to change setting is nice. Also has ability to put hose sprayer on a separate holder on different wall or location. My 5 year old loves this! She has her own shower just her height 😉.

I love it. A much needed up grade.

I absolutely am satisfied with this purchase, it has excellent water pressure and it allows the Mrs. And I to shower and not have 1 of us in the cold. The remote hanger that comes with it allows me to place it exactly where I wanted it. It was very easy to install and is good quality. It does not feel or look cheap. I have already recommended this to several friends and they are planning to purchase.

THis product malfunctioned on the 7th of November 2 days after the return period had closed. The diverter is completely made of plastic.DO NOT PURCHASE

Like the look & works real well . Like the 6 ft. long hose, most have only 5 ft.
