Does this work with the leatherman wingman?

It works well for a few months before it needs to be replace. The Velcro rips the fabric on the sides to shreds and without a tall enough knife it does the same thing to the bottom of the sheath. I almost lost my leatherman wave to a thread bare bottom. I suggest going with the leather sheath over this, it lasts much longer and fits the knife much better. This sheath is one of the worst things I have purchased overall in both lifetime of the item as well as how well it performs its task.

What are the dimensions of this item?

It measures 5" H x 1.75" W x 1.00" Deep. Mine is used for a Leatherman (person) Super Tool 200 which measures 4.5" H x 1.25" W x 0.75" Deep.

With the Leatherman Raptor in the folded position fit?

This sheath will not fit the Raptor but it will fit the Blast®, Charge® AL, Charge® ALX, Charge® Ti, Charge® + TTi, Charge® XTi, Core®, Fuse®, Kick®, OHT®, Rebar®, Skeletool®, Skeletool®, CX, Skeletool® SX, Super Tool 200®, Super Tool® 300, Original Surge®, Surge®, Wave® +, Charge® AL Prep Kit, and Charge® +.

Will this sheath hold a leatherman rebar
