Baden Thermo Soccer Ball

The ball has good texture. It seems to hold air pretty well. The design is cool and is definitely one that is not seen on the pitch or practice field normally. I only have concern that a few of the patches on the ball are not flush with the others. 2 of the small panels are a little raised than the others where the seems meet. When my son and I pass the ball on a perfect synthetic field, it seems to jump just slightly, but it could be in my head since I have seen the seems not level to each other in a few spots on the ball. Mine may be abnormal. Other than that, the ball seems very well made. It even makes the right noises when kicked hard. Overall pretty satisfied.

My son is getting older and it's time to start buying quality balls which include a NFHS logo. Recently, I put money into a nice ball ($60+) and someone else took it home with them within a week. So, I researched the "best quality, lowest price" soccer ball and ran across an online article recommending this one as the best “sleeper”. I have to agree; we love this ball!Pro's:- Weight - medium (not too light or heavy)- Good texture (not cheap smooth shiny kind - the newer micro-grooved feel)- Shape - round (came full with air, not deflated and has held its shape - no warping after 1 month)- Holds air well (fact: every ball needs air maintenance - only needed a tiny bit of air after 1 month - that's good)- Cushioned just right (per son - how it gives a little for headers and trapping)- Price - fan-freaking-tastic! half as much as the starting price for other quality and big name soccer balls (shh - lets keep it a "sleeper")Cons:- None at this timeHere's hoping another person doesn't think this ball is as great as us and decides to take it home with them; however, if they do, it won't break the bank to get another!!!

This is prob the best value you can find in a soccer ball. It holds air better than any adidas match ball by far. I love my balls ( worldcup) however this is my favorite football that was under $100. Update. This ball is still amazing , unfortunately now one of my neighbors own it as I kicked it off target , hit the neighbors garage roof and fkn flew ..... god knows where. It’s not next door , I checked. 2, 3 4 houses down , who knows. I just know she’s gone never to be seen again. Until amazon delivers another to my front door. Bruzuca by adidas is my fav ball. And 2013 confederations cup next. I like this Baden better than my Nike ordem ( ordem holds air likeDoodoo). Order this ball. U won’t regret it

Surprised at the price when you compare this ball to others. This has a nice finish on it, seems to be made pretty well. Nice stitching. Bought 3 of them and will update on how fast they wear down, but right out of the box I am pleased so far.Update: It's been about 3 weeks since receiving them. I've quickly noticed that they aren't holding air as well as they should. Pumping them up before a game, and by the end of the game they are noticeably lower. -not flat, but in just one game it's dropped pretty significantly. If we ever have to do a back-to-back game, we'd have to pump them up between games for sure.

Just received the ball and was pleasantly surprised. I took it outside with my high school aged kids and kicked it around. We only played for about 15 minutes, but I couldn't find anything to gripe about. It's a slightly textured ball and flew true. I'm probably going to order several for my high school soccer team and see if they hold up over time. I did NOT like that it shipped inflated though.

I have waited a few weeks to write a review. The ball panels are thermally bonded, which means that there are no stitches. The panels stay together ( I cannot say the same about 2 very expensive Adidas balls I had to throw away) after plenty of playing time in both, hot and cold turf fields. It remains spherical as the first day, and retains the air much better than any other ball I have ever owned. And you get all of that for under $40! Amazing deal!!!

This is a great soccer ball. It's grippy and holds air pressure well. For the money it's the best ball around.

I have played soccer all my life (I'm 49, male) and have purchased dozens and dozens of balls from $10 - $150 range. I prefer a softer, textured feel. This ball is slightly lighter than official weight. And that is really perfect for warming up, juggling, and playing a game with the kids. I would have no problem using this in a pick-up game. The texture on this ball makes it easy to control, and great for set shots when you want to use a bit of English. I have only had the ball for a few weeks, but I really like it so far. The $30 price was more than reasonable, if it holds up. I will update this review if the ball fails to live a normal life.
