The best
It’s the only chocolate that I buy now, I make it with water not milk and it’s tasty! It can be made very strong without it becoming overpowering! It’s not too sweet either which makes it a winner for me High recommend

Best hot chocolate powder we've found for day to day use
First encountered this on a camping holiday when the awesome coffee trailer guy who pitched up every morning introduced us to it (having being asked by my kids what hot chocolate he was using, because they loved it!). We then had a similar experience at the venue where we held our wedding reception. Daughters kept wanting to go and check out the venue just one more time, and get themselves a hot chocolate while they were there. Quickly realised we could buy this on Amazon and save ourselves a fortune, and our days of OK but honestly far inferior hot chocolate from a well-known purple-tinned supermarket brand are over. Makes a decent quick drink stirred into hot microwaved milk. But makes a much better, velvety smooth hot chocolate when mixed into milk then steamed using an espresso machine. Bought a 2kg tin, and now have 1kg refill bags on repeat order. The dark chocolate variety is also good, if you want a slightly less sweet, more chocolatey version.

Love it
Went to a local cafe one day, tried their hot chocolate, was absolutely beautiful, few years down the line, they know my order now. One day I asked them what powder they use and they told me 'Zuma'. It is absolutely beautiful, really tasty. Recommend 100%.

The answer for Hot Chocolate
My earlier review said this: "Bought after trying in local cafe. Better than expected after comparing to a top brand, so there'll probably be a Subscription soon." I've just repeated the order, which speaks for itself.

Much better than Galaxy or Cadburys options for me
I asked the local coffee shop I get my hot chocolates from what brand they use. Turned out to be Zuma so I ordered some. This is such a great tasting hot chocolate. I also have a milk frother. All I have to do is drop as many teaspoons of the hot chocolate as I like into a frother full of milk and turn it on. A few minutes later my hot chocolate is ready. Simple, quick and much cheaper than the coffee shop! The cost of this for 1KG is great. The other hot chocolate I really like is the Harrods brand one in a copper tin. However, Harrods hot chocolate powder is very expensive. I add a little bit of salt into the mix for added flavour. Be careful with the frother so that 1) it does not spill as it froths; 2) it does not clog up the spinning mechanism and burn the bottom of the frother.
