High Flow Siphon Pump, Gasoline Oil Water Fuel Diesel Transfer

I bought it because I needed to extract gasoline from my emergency generator to store it safely. Although I initially thought of buying one with transparent hoses, I changed my mind since colorless hoses, although they have the advantage of being able to see the fluid, tend to bend and crush easily and make it difficult to transfer gasoline. He did his job quickly and easily. The product met my expectations.

This is the best syphon I've owned. Starting with the quality materials it's made from to the ease of its use to the incredibly low price. This syphon is made from high grade rubber tubing and a palm sized rubber bulb (much like the ones on blood pressure wraps in a doctors office) that is marked with an arrow showing the user the flow direction for easy use. The tubing is securely fastened to the squeeze bulb with high grade stainless steel heavy gauge wire wrapped tightly around and a s.s. band crimped around as well insuring a leak proof design. Once in use by placing the 1 meter length "suction end tube" into the liquid to be transferred (whether water, gasoline, diesel fuel, antifreeze, etc.) simply squeeze the bulb several times to start the flow. Make sure you have a receptacle large enough to hold the fluid being transferred or pull the suction tube end out of the liquid to stop the syphon action while emptying the accumulated transferred liquid before continuing the syphoning process. Also note that the liquid to be transferred should be at a higher ellivation than the receptical container for a continuous flow of transfer. If not this syphon WILL STILL WORK however the bulb must be squeezed continually and that's a tedious task! I used mine for removing fuel from my vehicles gas tank and transfer into a 5 gallon gas can. On a level surface it was a nightmare so I strategically positioned my van in my driveway near the apron entrance giving me a height difference between the vehicles gas tank and the 5 gallon gas can so I could get a continuous flow of transfer. I highly recommend this product and rate it 5 stars across the board. It's an inexpensive must have tool for every household/garage.

It doesn't siphon, you have to continually pump it to work and then the hose diameter is so small it dribbles at best. It looks nice, feels well made but as a functional siphon it is JUNK. Glad I was able to return it and on the same day it got delivered because once I tried it....there wasn't any way I was going to keep it. Don't waste your time or $$$ on this item. Keep shopping for a siphon that does what it is supposed to do without inflicting pain from constant pumping.

This siphon pump actually works very well. Once you get the stream started it will just continue at a steady rate. Would recommend.

I had to add antifreeze to a car we bought from down south,but I had to drain some antifreeze,it worked but I had to keep squeezing it,it pumped slow and when it's cold and windy,that was a problem, but atleast it worked

This hose gets the job done but it's very slow. The inside diameter of this hose is only 5/16 of an inch. I bought another one with a jigger ball and no priming pump and a 1/2" hose here on Amazon and that one works great.

I hate getting under this lawn mower to drain out the old oil. I had my doubt with this little gadget but wow it made changing oil a piece of cake. I didn’t run the lawn mower so the oil was cold but it still sucked the tank plenty clean. Afterward I filled the tank with new oil and check the dip stick, it was clean oil. Took me less than 5 minutes!

This is my secound one of these , the first one I had for 10 Years but layed it outside and the sun over a couple of Years made the rubber ball hard to pump. I never spotted one again in any store till I spotted it on Amazon so I got it. This is the best one I ever used and best of all there is no need to put it in your mouth to suck gas to start flowing, it has a one way ball pump. Great item for moveing liquid.

It only lasted a few minutes then the suction stopped. Dissatisfied.

El producto tiene buenos acabados y los materiales se aprecian de calidad, pero el funcionamiento deja mucho que desear, el flujo de los líquidos a extraer es muy pequeño, la labor de extracción es prolongada, cansada e interminable, lo utilizo principalmente para sacar combustible y no ayuda mucho al objetivo, no lo volvería a comprar!
