Been drinking this bedtime tea for quite some time. I do not want to get another one but this one. Flavor, quality, relaxation. It’s just the best to drink right before bed.

I’m sleeping much better since adding this to my evening routine several weeks ago. I also drink Yogi Yogi Ginger tea, as well as Yogi Stomach Ease, both of which help with my other issues. I usually use two teabags for a very large mug, often adding a Ginger to Bedtime.

Wonderful flavor

I love this Yogi Bedtime tea. It is my favorite tea to drink before bed. It is caffeine free, has a wonderful aroma and taste. It is a nice relaxing way to end my day and I often dip a couple of Biscoff cookies in it for a bedtime treat. This 4 pack came in the manufacturer's official branded box to protect the individual boxes of tea from getting crushed during shipping. Great price for a wonderful tea!

Great before bed tea

It does make me fall asleep faster but it also makes me having to get up to use the restroom at nighttime. I guess I just have to drink it earlier.

Love the flavor! I drink these every night to help me wind down and relax as part of my evening routine- and the flavor is really good so it helps me curb after dinner sweet cravings 🫶🏽 i have the tea on subscribe and save so I don’t run out!

Works!!! Puts me right to sleep! Some nights, after a hard physical day, I use 2 teabags, and sleep like a baby. The taste is fantastic! Even my "tea hating" father in law enjoyed it :)
