Dance Class 3-in-1 #2 (2) (Dance Class Graphic Novels)

Daughter LOVES this book series.
This is one of the select few books that my daughter will read over and over (all the DC 3-in-1s, not just this particular volume). She absolutely loves them.As for the people complaining about the areas where the book touches on diet, I think it's a bit overblown.

say no to eating disorders and body shaming
I've only seen a few pages of this book and the themes around food are awful. I understand that serious ballerinas need to think a lot about their physique and weight, but they actually do eat to be strong and have endurance for their work. It is so unnecessary for the young children who would be reading these books to be exposed to the idea that a piece of cake is bad or sinful or that there is some sort of ideal body or that a person can change their body type. Stay away.

A way to give your child an eating disorder
This is the worst graphic novel. I can’t believe that body shaming is still “ok” to be published in this day and age. A great way to pave the path to your child’s self esteem issues... the author should be ashamed

Daughter loves these!
My daughter loves that this is a 3 in 1. The graphic novels keep her interested and this is right up her alley- she’s grade 3.
