The best
By far the best casters I’ve ever bought. The problem with all the other casters I’ve bought is the ball bearing swivel. The swivels are the weak point. These casters have two roller bearings for the swivel. I’ve had a set on my shop chair for months and still feel like new.

Dual bearings a must
The dual bearings are a must have, got these to replace ones that has their swivel wear out, they have been going stong for 8 months now which is longer than the only ones were good for.

Dual Sealed Bearings !!! No BBs popping out after a few months.
I bought these wheels for one reason only. They were the only ones I found that had the separate sealed bearings. These type of wheels are outstanding, but when the bearings are carelessly designed and placed in there and they pop out when the outer shell starts to loosen, they're worthless. These Atomdocs fit the bill. They almost work too well. When I stood up and bumped the chair, it rolled across the room. I almost sat back down on the floor. These wheels are great for movement. Here's the only bad thing ... When I received the package, one of the wheels had a manufacturing flaw and wouldn't lock into my chair. However, Amazon took care of me and immediately shipped another set at no cost. I waited until I got the new shipment to make sure I had 5 good wheels between the 2 sets before sending back the return. I love these wheels so much, I'm giving Atomdoc 5 stars even though I got a bad wheel in the first shipment. In the end, I was taken care of and got what I wanted. You won't be disappointed.

Turns on a Dime
I have just put these wheels on my desk chair. Even though I have not had these wheels on for very long, I can tell that I will not be returning them. At least for any rolling issues. I have a very short pile area rug and the original wheels would not roll nor change direction without me getting up and moving the chair. These wheels are completely different. They roll smoothly and freely on this rug. I can push backwards and walk the chair forward with ease. Changing direction is no problem as the wheels rotate without hesitation and don't get bogged down. They have not left any marks on the rug. These are very smooth wheels for my short pile area rug.

BEST BUILT CHAIR WHEELS
These are the only wheels with enclosed bearing in both vertical and horizontal casings. Top of the line product for the same price of others. Cheaper than some.. these are the best quality out there by far ..very good price and fast delivery 👌, extremely pleased 👍.

Great product, now I roll more
Got these for a better ability to roll and for a little added height.Does both of these things well but because of the unlevel floor in my basement I now randomly start rolling away from my desk because this product is too good lol

Somewhat hard to reposition - wheels are set back on caster, but they're well-constructed
The only thing I don't like about the design of these casters is that they're set a little to far back on the rotating caster hinge, making it a little harder to reposition the chair. Other similar casters are not set back so far and therefore the chair pushes harder on the casters. I broke a plastic chair base on a caster - I am using the chair on a soft polyurethane mat over a shag rug which creates depression in the mat, however, the point remains about the wheels being set farther back on the casters than other similar models. That position creates more stress on the caster socket when repositioning the chair.

They really are better than the similar metal-framed castors on Amazon
If you're like me, you might be wondering if these are actually better than the other similarly priced castors on Amazon. In particular, the metal framed ones with clear wheels that all look identical, from many different sellers, at a price point for every budget. Well, I bought both so I could find out.Short Answer: Yes. These castors are great! Better than the metal framed ones in a few key ways:- Quieter. When you jiggle or move the chair the swivel bearings do not feel loose and rattle around like the metal ones do.- Stronger. The improved, sealed swivel bearing design is an obvious improvement.- Smart. The plastic housing covers the top side of the wheel so your feet can rest on them without preventing it from rolling. (seems like a small thing but makes a difference on something you use every day)- Appealing. The plastic housing just looks better and matches the plastic base of most office chairs really well. I wish the logo on the side were more discrete, but it's only on one side of the housing so it isn't too obnoxious.Aside from those key differences, they are nearly identical in all other ways:- Smooth, low resistance rolling, even on a rough tile floor.- Increases chair height, my arm rests do not fit under the desk anymore.- Pivot smoothly. In Closing:Both types of castors significantly improve your sitting and rolling experience when compared to the smaller standard plastic wheels. Although I worry about longevity, you'll have a good experience with the metal framed casters. On the other hand, you'll have a GREAT experience with these plastic ones. If its in your budget, it is worth buying these ones.
