The iPhone 11 Pro Max already has great battery life but when you add this into the equation I don't need to use a charger for nearly 3 days. I tested it out the first day I got it. Got it Sunday. Let the phone go to nearly zero which was about Tuesday night. Charged it using this case, which got me to full in a couple of hours (put the phone in battery saver mode to help it charge faster).I've used other battery cases, but I like how this one has the silicone top instead of the hard plastic one that clamps down, I always felt like that was scratching the phone.It will add a bit of weight to the phone but worth it for battery life.

Last night i checked the charge and all 4 lights turned on so i figured it was fully charged. I put it on my phone and it only charged for 3 seconds before it died. Plugged it in and charged it overnight. This morning again all 4 lights were on. Put into my phone and again the same problem. Piece of junk.UPDATESeller emailed me and offered a refund of replacement. New unit came 2 days later and is working great. Maybe i got a defected one but this one shows no signs of fault. Loving it!

When I received this item I was sceptical because it was heavy. I Charged it, which took a very long time, and loaded my phone into it. It took a very long time to charge, and when it was charged it had used the entire charge instead of 4. Because of its poor performance I have not used it often, but yesterday, when I plugged it in, it did not hold a charge at all. It is useless, people. A piece of crap. Unfortunately, I missed the return window by less than 2 weeks

I ordered this battery charging case for my husbands new iphone. I have a case very similar on my Samsung and I love it. The best part is the case is all 1 piece. I have seen others where the front piece pops off and the case is like 2 or 3 pieces but not this one. The top part if flexible and it folds back and your phone slides in. It fits nice and snug and chatges his phone pretty quickly. With a 5000mah capacity he is able to get a full charge from dead battery fairly quickly. I dont feel it is to bulky either. It does add a little extra weight but its not much more than a regular heavy duty case would add.

I really liked this at first but after a couple months the battery case stopped charging. When we tried to return it to get a replacement no one ever got back to us. So now we're unable to use it for what it was intended for.

I like the case but it’s to heavy and it seems like I can only charge my phone once and then the case dies. I guess it’s cool for a long trip and then charge the case when you arrive to your destination. Other than that I like it. It gets the job done !

Excelente case, at the beginning i was a little skeptical in ordering this case but i made a great choice, its a great value and super good product, as soon as you open it, you can feel that is great quality, when you install it in your phone you can feel that it adds a great touch, non slippery, protective, now talking about the battery its great, you can run a whole day with this case, and the great part is that you charge it with the same lighting case. Super recommended and extremely great price.

The case was a little chunkier than I expected and I loved it. It provided a full charge for my 11 pro max, but it has randomly stopped charging. My charger works perfectly on my phone, but the case is effectively junk. I would suggest trying to find another case that may last longer than the 4 months I’ve had this one.
