This generation laptop has surprised me so far works and functions great. It doesnt over heat from long use , has the lit up keyboard that I like. Able to perform fast. This arrived looking Brand New. Has enough mem and gigs etc for daily home and work use. I need a design series laptop for this is ligh weight to carry . It even came with the touch screen which i never had before but luv it...You really cant beat the price and it will up load windows 11

Recieved the product in just a few days, that was great! From there, things went south.1. Inventory of packaging was 1 In-operable Dell Laptop, 1 Quick Start Instruction sheet.2. Quick Start directions said first step is to plug it in and charge it, did not come with charging cable. It did not state in teh description that a power cable would need to be purchased separately.3. Used own cable to power up computer, blue screen of death. No operating system installed and only opens in repair mode then restarts.4. Called Amazon who directed me to the third party seller customer service number. Called several times, each time directed to leave message with no return call.5. Amazon provided return label.My perception of this "Third Party Seller", due to the non functional customer service line being a Massachusetts number and the return address being for Ohio...seems like a scam. Just saying. Buyer beware!

This is an exceptional laptop. Looks new! It’s updatable to Windows 11. That’s what I was looking for. The update was easy. Just turn it on and go to Windows Update. The computer asked if I want to update to Windows 11. Say “Yes.” It does the rest. Not sure why the refurbisher didn’t do that already. Having Windows 11 on it might allow them to charge more for the product. I’m glad they didn’t.Everything is incredible with this machine with 2 exceptions. First, the charger that came with it blew fuses on my ground fault plugs. I called 2ndBazaar. They quickly refunded me an amount to replace the charger. I got a DELL replacement. Works fine. Played around with the original charger. Seems the problem is in the power cord that goes into the charger block. When I plugged the cord from the new charger into the old charger it didn’t blow fuses. Threw out the bad cord. Second, the on/off button. The black coating came off the first time I powered it on. So, I “prettied” it up by removing all the coating. Now I have a “white” lit up power button instead of a backlit black one. I’m okay with that.Incredible value for the price. Just what I need for business. Convenient size. Very happy overall.I’ll be setting it up with my browsers and bookmarks soon. I think this will work fine. It’s definitely an improvement on my current 12 year old laptop.Would have been 5 stars except for the things stated.

Everything works nicely for a beginning gaming laptop. I can manage my own permissions and the speed is fair. It’s not touch screen, but the sound and design are both really good. It lasts a decent few hours and can take it around with you.
