Fantastic toy for boys and girls
My toddler loves them. Had to take out the small pieces because he’s only 2 . Will give them to him when he’s a little older. Takes me back to my childhood.

These Aren't Quite Like the Original Ones but They are Still Worth Owning!
Now that my twins have turned three, it's been a lot of fun buying toys that my husband and I used to have growing up. For their third birthday, my husband absolutely wanted to get our kids Lincoln Logs because they were his favorite toy as a kid and something that he wanted our kids to have. I never had Lincoln Logs so this is my first experience with them. There are so many sets of Lincoln Logs out there but I loved the idea of having a tin to store them in so we ordered the 100th anniversary set. This set includes 111 pieces in a tin that measures about 11 1/2 inches tall. I've included a picture of one of each piece so you can see what is included in the set. Here are the quantities and measurements of each different piece: 1 - 4" red roof front with "Lincoln Logs" printed on it 1 - 4" red roof back 1 - 1 1/2" red chimney 58 - 1 1/2" logs 13 - 4 1/2" logs cut in half lengthwise 19 - 4 1/2" logs 4 - 10 1/2" logs 12 - 4 1/2" green logs cut in half lengthwise 2 - 4 1/2" green pieces for the roof These logs are made of real wood in the USA and come with an instruction sheet that shows how to make a log cabin and of course, you can create your own. Even with 111 pieces, they still only fill up about half the tin so you could definitely buy more to add to it. The one thing my husband first noticed is that these aren't like the ones he had growing up in the 80s. They seem more lightweight so the wood used to make them probably isn't as good of quality as they used to be but so far, they still seem to be fairly durable and nicely-made. Like all wooden toys, they have a slight smell that could either be the wood or the paint used but it isn't too strong. My kids haven't built too much with them so far and I think the logs may be slightly too advanced for them at this point since my kids just turned three but they should grow into them. I even have fun using them since I never had them and this will be a fun activity for our family to do together! Overall, I think Lincoln Logs are a good toy for young children to have and this set includes a lot of pieces to get you started. It's nice to have a tin to store them in too. The price seems fairly reasonable for wood toys and, once my kids start using these a lot, we will most likely purchase some of the other sets to make more buildings. We definitely recommend this set if you have young children who like to build!

A Timeless Classic That Still Delivers Hours of Fun
Lincoln Logs have been around for generations, and this 100th Anniversary Tin shows exactly why they’ve stood the test of time. The real wood pieces feel sturdy, smooth, and well-made — no rough edges, just quality craftsmanship. The set comes with plenty of pieces (111 in total), so you can build anything from the classic cabin to your own creative designs. My kids love following the included instructions at first, then branching out into imaginative builds. It’s also a sneaky way to encourage problem-solving, fine motor skills, and patience — all while they think they’re just having fun. The tin storage container is a fantastic touch. It’s durable, easy to store, and makes cleanup simple. This is one of those toys that bridges generations — I get just as much joy helping my kids build as I did when I played with Lincoln Logs as a child.

Same amazing quality as 20 years ago
I'm very impressed with these. Growing up I got to play with Lincoln logs and as I'm sure most people know the quality of toys has gone down significantly. I waited for a sale, mainly because 65$ is a lot, especially if the quality went down, I got them for 37$ and my gosh I'm 100% willing to pay for price for them. They are exactly how I remembered them from 20+ years ago, the quality is amazing still. I got them for a christmas present but still wanted to check just in case if I wanted to return them, they came in their own box, but it is a very nice thick box, a tissue on top then the tin. The tin design is very pretty, however my tin was a bit dented, we simply popped it back out and you can never even tell so I'm pleased with that. Overall this has made me very happy, it is 100% worth the money. I got it for my 6 year old to play with

Few pieces, big container, not many options for building
I have wonderful memories of lincoln logs and bought this for my daughter hoping she would love it just as much. The packaging is great- a huge tin we could use for many purposes. The tin is not however made for the lincoln logs set packaged in it-5 of those could fit inside. Yes it has 100 and whatever pieces as in the labelling but mostly the small corners pieces, leaving not many possibilities for creative building (not many long pieces for walls or enough roof). It was so overpriced and my daughter is so uninterested. It was my worst Christmas purchase by far.

Surpassed expectations.
I was pleased with how articulated the pieces were, they all fit perfectly. Very well made product. Although my son can not follow instructions that well yet, he recalled how to complete some of the steps from our previous builds together. I was also able to incorporate counting into our bonding time. Thank you Lincoln Logs.
