ZAGG Six Earbuds with Microphone - Yellow/Black

When I first received these, I loved them. The sound was amazing, bass, treble, everything. They sealed very well in my ear. Outside noise wasnt a factor, these ear phones were perfect...... until they quit working 2 weeks later.If I was to move the connector they would work then not work. Seemed like a broken wire inside. So I thought since they were amaing I would just get another pair, since I could return them. I waited patently for my new pair to get here. Exploded in excitement when I opened the package plugged them in and....ALAS.... the right channel was inoperative. Filled with complete disappointment. I decided to just do a complete refund since the two I ordered failed.I was amazed with these earphones. 5 star completly until they broke.

Positive - As claimed, the sound is excellent. The internal reflection design does make vocals sound very clear. The yellow and black colors are appealing for sports applications. The soft yellow pads do seem to stay in the ear better than most. Negative - You cannot control volume from the microphone/remote switch. You can start and stop iTunes playback and other apps like Cyclemeter. And, you can pick up an incoming call. But, having to pull your phone out to adjust the volume makes these earbuds unacceptable for mobile use (especially cycling). Other negatives: The microphone is on the left, functional yes, but why? The flat ribbon cable is whimsical, but clumsy. A slim round cord would be much easier to coil up. The little "grills" inside the earbuds are fabric and appear to be just minimally glued in. One fell out after two weeks. The slider that is supposed to manage the cord and allow adjustment of the microphone position relative to your chin just doesn't hold. This was most annoying since even a gentle bump of the microphone/remote switch against my clothing would send a stop signal to iTunes.

The Zaggs are good as long they last. The design that keeps them around your neck is probably the best feature, though the cord is on the stiff side. And the sound quality is okay. But the main problem is that they only last about six months, and then one of the earbuds stops working. We continue to replace them only because they became available for much less than the original price on Amazon … for a while about $20 (paid closer to $30 for last pair). But if we couldn't get them at this price, we'd stop buying them completely. Why can't Zaggs make a product that lasts longer???!!!

No, these don't match my $70 Audio Technica earbuds in terms of sound quality, but they are very good, they are very comfortable, and they cost less than $10 -- hence the 5-star rating. I bought these for exercise sessions on my stationary bike, and they're terrific for that. I used the buds that came pre-installed, but larger and smaller ones are included, as is a very nice, sturdy, zippered case. The pause button works perfectly while watching flicks on my Android tablet. Overall, I'm very, very pleased with this purchase.

Sound quality very good great detail in the sound only wish it had a little more bass. Different music really sounds great some music I set my bass louder. The pause button is in a good place. If you run or are very active they will come loose or may fall out I wish they had a clip to hold the wires to your shirt I think they would then stay in better if your a runner

Why this product isn't rated 5 stars blows my mind? For the price point, even audiophiles don't have a valid argument. These have incredibly punchy, responsive bass and clean mids/highs. The sound isolation is second to none, and with 4 different sized ear inserts, it's easy to find a comfortable fit snugly. The primary reason I bought these was my other ones fell out constantly. I'm confident I could jog with these in and they wouldn't fall out. Bottomline, if you're on the fence about buying these, the company's bold guarantee holds true... if these aren't the best earbuds you've heard, return them. Needless to say, I'm keeping mine and bought another pair as a backup.

For the price listed, they’re just fine and good enough quality to listen with while lounging. However, every time you move the wire, the sound crackles so I wouldn’t recommend these for active wear. Not the greatest sound, but not bad for nine bucks.

This is the second set of Zagg earbuds I have owned. The first set was their Smart Buds. I love the sound of the ZR-six but the cords leave a lot to be desired. There is no volume control, no slide on the cords to hold them in place. The mic button doesn't work as well as the previous model. My suggestion is to buy the Smart Buds instead.

Estos auriculares son muy comodos aun despues de usarlos 2 horas continuas , la calidad tonal es sorprendente en los tonos bajos , los sonidos agudos sin distorsion, los probe con diferente clase de musica (soft jazz, como Cool & clean , the jazz loft , blue knights , etc. , rock clasico como Alan Parsons , Toto , etc. y musica clasica en general) , para mi todos estos generos de musica dieron buenas respuestas de audio. Me gusto mucho el estuche rigido para transportarlos , es elegante y bien construidoComo todos estos gadgets , es necesario manipularlos con suavidad, pues los materiales se ven un poco fragiles.En general son de los mejores audifonos que he tenido.

Los acabo de probar me gusta la calidad de sonido y material también me gusta que llego muy rápido mucho antes de la entrega estimada y en buenas condiciones, después de un tiempo de uso daré mi reseña final.

Sound is good, but a piece in the volume control body fell off, so the finish is poor.

Received the product in excellent condition and on time. Although I only have it for a week, I totally recommended it (for the price).
