These ear plugs are super comfortable and block out a lot of noise (rated 38 dB SNR). The foam is soft and expands slowly for a secure fit. They’re great for sleeping, travel, or noisy environments. I like that the pack includes a lot of pairs and even comes with a small carrying case. Sometimes they can fall out during sleep, but overall, they’re an excellent value and work really well.

Pretty good earplugs. They block out noise well and are pretty soft. You also get a good amount for a good price, it's been almost a year since I bought some and I still have half the container.

I'm giving a 5 star because, I mean, they work well. But I normally get Mack's 33 db and I thought, there's more here (use them every night so I can sleep next to my husband), and they are 38db and cheaper. But strangely, though they seem to fit well, I feel like I can hear quite a bit more while wearing them than the Macks. Honestly could be my imagination, but it feels pretty real.I like cheaper, but I'm going back to Mack.

These are soft and fairly comfortable if that’s your main concern. For me, I’m a light sleeper and these don’t really block enough noise. They would probably be good for ear protection at a live music event.

I’ve been using foam earplugs for years and find that they are ideal for me to fall asleep quickly, and stay asleep through the night without ambient noise interrupting my sleep. That includes my spouse’s CPAP machine and bathroom visits. When the dog needs to go out, I’m still able to hear her cry, yet most other noises don’t make it through. I’ve slept through thunderstorms as well, so these really work well for me. Easy to insert by twisting a bit, and then inserting them. They expand within a few seconds to custom fit each ear. Perfect design. These are the same quality as what I’ve paid much more for in big box home improvement stores. Love them

I’m a very light sleeper it’s been hard falling asleep with my bf’s snoring but these help muffle the noise and have improved my sleep quality.They smell strong like plastic but only if you sniff it directly.
